Neermala Residency

Booked by seeing the ratings on internet but reality is different. Room is decently spacious but smelly with dampness, ventilation very poor. Hotel is not well maintained,. Linen & Towels are old. Mini Bar is Proper but they give only 1 water bottle for 2 guest. Front Desk is not cooperative they ask you for early checkout with any reason. Will not staying here again as much better alternative are available.

This hotel is wonderful. Lovely ambiance, rooms are modern with all facilities. Separate shower has great pressure and hot water. Thiagu Sir, Rukumani Mdm and all the staff are super friendly and helpful and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Thiagu Sir helped us get medications from the pharmacy and some delicious food because my husband was not feeling well. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a pleasure to stay there. A beautiful Ganesha is right outside the main entrance.

Stupidest hotel ever. I travelled all the way from Chennai and booked a room here, they denied entry saying they're sold out. When I raised an issue, the lady in the reception said "it's not my problem, talk to MMT/ Ibibo. What a scam. Never book this hotel, worst experience ever.

Never go to this hotel by seeing it's ambience, they don't wash bedsheets so often.....one poor guy from UP do the service...he is good...but rest of all worst

This hotel was really good, i had a great time in neermala, the hotel atmosphere was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was managed very well, would recommend visiting this place!

The ambience of the rooms were rich and quiet. There is a huge car parking in the basement with gates to ensure safety. The lifts is for 4 persons and transparent good one. The only problem is with the Service. We had to make multiple followups for each and every service. The hotel management and service person are kind but bit lazy too. Otherwise everything was good.

I had a wonderful stay at Neermala Residency in Coimbatore! The property impressed me with its exceptional cleanliness and neatness. The air-conditioned rooms provided a comfortable atmosphere, and the well-maintained washroom added to the overall experience. The reception area was inviting, and the staff displayed a consistently polite attitude. A special shout-out to the receptionist, Mr. Bharathi, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor enhanced my stay. "HOME AWAY FROM HOME" Neermala Residency is my go-to stay place for my Coimbatore work trips. They exhibit high professionalism like a 5-star hotel and their hospitality is top-notch. Especially the Managers J.Thiagu and P.Parthiban Sir's warm hospitality is highly appreciated and the housekeeping boy Murali was also very receptive to our requests. Super strong wifi to support me after office hours and they offered a spacious car parking. They all served us with a nice smile and this makes Neermala Residency a must-visit place in Coimbatore.
