NAVEEN HOTEL IN COIMBATORE

This is my second visit to this hotel.. clean room, everyday cleaning, very polite staff Toilet is very clean and hot water available. This is very good for family and solo business people. Railway station is just 1 mints walk. Dont look for negative reviews. I am a traveller across Tamil Nadu. So my review is gunivin.

Hotel is good. The rooms are spacious with closets, drawers and tables to keep luggage. But the bedsheet has some spots and we also found small hairs in the bedsheet. On complaining, they changed the bedsheets and said that it is a washing problem as they wash bedsheets in washing machines . But other things are clean and nice . Service is good without any laziness. But when we arrived, the manager ( guy at reception) asked for extra money for an extra third adult in a double bedroom. We said we had booked this double bedroom online for 3 person. After seeing the app , he said okay . But he should have checked the details before asking us .

A budget hotel near to railway station ,rooms are small good for those with light luggage ,bathrooms are clean but fittings are loose,AC working and in good condition.hot water not available early morning,u have to inform reception to get hot water at 5am,staff are good helpful and courteous.

I have never seen a worse hotel in my life. Don't go there even by mistake. It is a dirty and smelly place, the bedsheets smell of cigarettes and alcohol. It is not at all like what is shown in the photos.

Few points i want to mention: 1. Heard reviews of getting allergies due to uncleanliness, thought customers are exaggerating but i developed allergic reactions and bumps on my body myself. 2.The toilet was more clean than the room 3. Bedsheets had blood stains. I know blood stains are hard to remove & its not their fault, but it was not our fault as well. It was yuck to even look at 4. They claim to have queen size or king size beds but in reality they have single beds which they keep together to make one. We were couple and our bed was not even aligned. Ek upar ek niche tha 5. The telephone was not working. When we complained, they said this service is not applicable to our room . We booked the hotel from agoda.com where telephone service, breakfast included, etc were mentioned but we got nothing 6. They doesn't even provide basic amenity like water until my husband does 4-5 rounds and literally ask for it. Once the receptionist said the staff is gone for lunch, when he will return, they will provide water. The staff provided water to us after 5pm. Maybe it was the right muhuratam for giving water 7. I know I can't expect much to such a low budget hotel we booked but why to mention the amenities during booking which you don't even provide?

Actually when one of my friend visited there and booked a room there, they said room is available no need for booking, and when I went there and asked about the room they said there is no room, the staff were really unprofessional and they treat customers without any respect. It was a very bad experience.....

Good room and service: The Hotel is situated near to the railway station so easy to accessible there.walkable distance to food streets .The Room is well maintained and clean . It is a nice experience for me . And affordable prices . The staff behaviour is also great.

Dirty rooms full of bed bugs and zero cleanliness. Got allergic and sick also blankets had blood spots. Really expensive room for worst experience
