Nahar Manchester Inn

From the recent stay of my grandparents who are 80+ yrs. Staff behaviour / attitude was not acceptable and shortage of manpower especially in the weekend or when the hotel is full house. The staff himself mentioned that he was alone and busy with the guests as it is full house. The management should look into having someone experienced person for the night shifts or provide necessary trainings to handle the situations. Please don't book this hotel for the price as the service is poor.

We had requested for early check-in within 9am in clear trip. But they denied when we reached. After making us wait for 2 hrs they asked 500rs extra for early check-in. When we said we will wait for 12 pm. Then they asked to take ac rooms for 500rs. It was clear that they wanted the amount. They had the rooms they simply didn't wanted to give the room to us. Next for 2 one litre water bottles they took 50rs.

Worth for 1k only. The receptionist behaves rudely. No room service. If you call the reception, they will just disconnect it. If you ask why, they will say they are busy and won't attend. No hot water in the bathroom. Only warm water. Lot other options are available nearby. Don't choose this.

Please don't book this hotel through online or through call. If you are with your family and confirmed your booking through this hotel phone number, they will make you false promises. And once you reach the hotel and asked for your booking they will deny you straight forward. Now imaging what you will do when you have a family with you. People at reception are also arrogant and don't consider your problem. * My submission don't believe these hotel people. They are not the men of words.

Rooms are pretty.clean and decent. Ac was not working in our family room and we complained multiple times. Finally by night 12 am after complaining repeatedly that ac was till not working they gave us alternate room. Breakfast options are standard and good. Please have the complaint addressed the first time and not try to suppress the customer.

Very worst experience. They didn't have proper car parking, They asked me to park the car on the roadside. But they mentioned they had car parking. They don't have house keeping at night. If you need water after 10.00pm it means you have to go to reception and ask them for water. You are not allowed to take water. They will go and take the water and give it to you. The water heater will only work from 6.to 10.30am. The staff's behaviour was very bad and they were treating the guests in a very bad manner. I am requesting hotel management to provide training to their team how to treat the guest's.
