A little far away from main city but the staff is really nice and well mannered and rooms are clean . Really enjoyed my time here

Booked a/c double room. Room was good. Complimentary breakfast was provided. For breakfast there was idli,utappam, Vada, poori, upma, chutney, sambhar, curry for poori, kesari. Room was clean.

The lift wasn't working, I askd them to give another 1 in the below flr, though the room's were there they didn't. I found a bd bug when I informed recep he acted upon and gave another room in the same floor. Had to ask for hangers multiple times but gt only 1 after 2 day's of request. Otherwise everything was fine.

Very poor management and very rude behaviour , whom do you think is spearding false reviews. I came last week with my family , we were sent back by not giving rooms even though we have booked the room. For the stupid management of yours a big. For your kind information I have a detailed video recorded of how the manager replied to us.

Well it's newly constructed Residency comes with Party Hall. There are a lot of good things and they need to improve their property in the future. 100 people were freely accommodated in the party hall. If the count exists some discomfort comes in the hall. In dining only 35+ people can sit at a time. It's a very small pace. And also only two rest rooms in the hall. It's a discomfort for the people. Especially old age people. A/C not working properly in the hall. ITS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MARRIAGE RECEPTION LIKE THAT FUNCTION. IT'S ONLY USED FOR A SMALL FAMILY TOGETHER, BIRTHDAY PARTY (COUNT NOT EXISTS 100). Rooms are well maintained and cleaned. TV NOT WORKING PROPERLY IN THE ROOM. A/C ALSO NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

Very Worst Management. I thing this is very much enough to not go this MRM Residency. They have a habit of before booking they will one thing after booking they will say another thing. They are cheaters or Fraud. I have video proof what they said. same time before booking they will show you big room which is clea. After booking they will not consider you. My suggestion is while searching for Residency in coiambatore. Please don't consider MRM residency at all. surely they will cheat you.
