Metro Park Inn

It's my fault to book this hotel because very old building without any maintenance. Air conditioner not working.. no hot water.. leaking toilet flush... Broken beds and washbasin.. there is no room service... No housekeeping if you complaint about cleanliness... I don't know how they still running this building as a hotel to earn money from the people's. Always verify when you are book in new locations hotel's. The staff's are worst. I forced to check out within 24 hours but I had paid for 2 days.

Very very dirty rooms with broken bathroom basin . Bathroom is having a hole with visible plumbing system . Dirty rooms . Damp smell. Ac remote doesn't work . Broken cupboard very very bad experience .The whole room , washroom is dirty. We booked 3 rooms the flush didn't work in 2 rooms. Horrible experience. The room is very dirty and broken as compared to the pictures they post on internet.

This hotel is in renovation and that was not mentioned anywhere, also it was not looking like family friendly hotel, after booking online when we asked for refund after looking the property, they denied and didnot refund any amount. Very disappointed!! I also mailed them but no response, hotel's manager is very rude. Don't book your room without inspection, they don't refund

Last week, we took 2 rooms, since we booked offline, they offered club room because no standard rooms are available. My cousin's room was big enough but lights are so dim, when we ask them about it, they said that this is what available. Next my room with hall they provided looks so luxury. Next morning we found that no TV working, no hot water and toilet seat is not bolded properly. I told we will vacate if they are not clearing the issues. That night when we asked about issues whether fixed or not? Manager is not aware. Then he says since I said in the morning that I will vacate he is ready to provide other room in some other property. How can we move immediately that with the children? We confronted and my uncle who runs Trip advisor business blasted him like anything then he agreed for us to stay. Next morning when I asked the reception they're not aware of those situations. How come they're running business like this? God only knows. I strongly won't recommend this hotel.

Hotel Metro Park Inn enjoys a prime location, just a short walk from Coimbatore railway station, making it highly convenient for travelers. The spacious double bedrooms and reasonable pricing are notable positives. Additionally, the presence of Annapoorna, a popular vegetarian restaurant, right opposite the hotel is a plus for food enthusiasts. However, the hotel's maintenance leaves much to be desired. Broken switches, the absence of hot water, and overall poor upkeep detract significantly from the experience. With better maintenance, this hotel has the potential to offer a much more comfortable stay.

One of the worst experience I ever had in a Hotel, Google Says 3 Star, Don't know who gave it to them. Maybe 3/100. The rooms are under construction, receptionist can speak only one Language. Corridor is used as Godown. Half the items are broken, remaining doesn't work. Wash basin taps revolve. Horrific experience.

Very worst rooms and poor maintenance. Rooms are informed unavailable after booking confirmation via online. Only plus is location but everything else is worse. Please avoid this if you have choices.

Terrible maintenance. Very old building and amenities. Feels like an abandoned building being run as hotel. Nothing can be said positive.
