Very nice place located in the heart of Coimbatore. Maintained well and very friendly staff

One of the worst people working there with absolutely zero knowledge on how to talk to customer. Arrogant, stupid and ignorant wokers in the staff office. Worst experience of staying there, after booking for 1 and a half days with paying the amount earlier, mentioning it it's for a wedding get ready, they are asking questions about visitors coming to the flat. Is basic common sense of having makeup artists and others to assist the person with getting ready for the wedding event. Although having clearly spoken about all this and confirmed it earlier before paying them, they charged extra for 3 people for staying there. What a waste of money, would have taken few good rooms elsewhere for the money of 7000 rupees paid for one bed room apartment from early morning check in until the next day 12pm check out. Disgrace!

Absolutely zero service.Not even arrange to get a cup of coffee.The coffee accompaniment kept in the room is of old stock. Bathroom though big, floor is slippery. Mattress is spring type,not suitable for elderly and with back problems,it sinks. Appreciate the room and bath linen and guests supplies which are of good quality. Room is kept clean.

Few utensils and a stove could be provided in the kitchen of each apartment

Excellent place to stay. Apartment in perfect condition . Clean rooms and well-trained staff A good location to stay for a family and friends. It has good and sufficient parking facility, it is just 10 minutes from Gandhipuram bus stand, The rooms were fresh and clean and well furnished, sofas in the hall, mini refrigerators in the rooms, beds were neat and clean, blankets were clean and fresh, restrooms were neat and spacious, the service was also extremely simple, The lift works fine, There was no power cut when were there, and the AC in bedrooms work perfectly! You can have a good time with your friends and family! To enter, only standard formalities such as name and address proof are required. It is valuable for the price charged.

Stayed here for 1 night on my last business trip to Coimbatore. It was indeed a comfortable stay. They have apartments with different configuration to suit all kinds of customers. Whether it's a large family or small family or just routine business traveller they have spacious room for every need. I was provided with a single bed room apartment which had well furnished hall, kitchen and a dining area along with a spacious bed room, changing room and a bathroom. Apartment was very clean and the hygiene factor was at top notch. Service was really professional. Staffs were very courteous, Check-in & Check-out process were smooth. They have good covered parking space for both cars & two wheelers. They do accept all kinds of digital payments. This property also has a small conference hall in the ground floor. One of the comfiest stay in Coimbatore, highly recommended for Family & Business Travellers. -BeingBakasura

I originally booked this place for 2 weeks, but checked out after 2 nights. Its nothing like you expect. ||The booking clearly described the two rooms i booked and paid for, not describing it as being a shared living or kitchen arrangement in any way.||I on arrival i was given only one of the two rooms i had booked for. I showed the description on my booking and payment, but was told that one room was all i was getting and i could leave if it didn't like it.||Unfortunately i couldn't make other arrangements so quickly, so i had to stay 2 nights otherwise i would have left immediately.||The front desk staff was absolutely arrogant and couldn't care less about the major difference between what was advertised and was was actually on offer on arrival. Truth in advertising is a concept lost here.||The breakfast is only what you "order in" via a delivery app. If you have it.||The room i had to suffer was basic. The shower head was mouldy and no doubt unhealthy.||Stay anywhere else at twice the price. But don't stay here.

We stayed in Mayfair service apartments while transiting through Coimbatore twice on the way to Allepey amd back to Bengaluru. The AC rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is big and maintained well. They have parking 10 to 12 cars. As soon as you enter, there is a reception where you can check in. The charges during peak season is about 3000 a night and off season, it might be less. This is in the city and you have some good restaurants around. Definitely worth staying.
