Decent rooms for the price range. clean room with air conditioner. bathroom was avg - good it also has water heater, but bring your own soap and towel . the charge is 900 - 950 for one day. The receptionist was friendly, the place is located at a good location, and some stray dogs are there ( only at the road ) no other disturbances were there, I'm satisfied with the rooms and service. the apartment is located just 2 km away from singanallur bus stand. i think this is the budget friendly stay that you can easily access in singanallur

Satisfied... Couple stay... No disturbance friendly stafss feel like staying in own home... located in silent area... No issues very safe for couples... There is a stain in bedsheet that's only disappointed management please give a look on that

Economically okay for middle class people. Rooms are small little congested. Eateries not available near by. Tea shops also not found. Still we recommend for stay.

Nice place in CBE. Pleasant and calm atmosphere Parking ia fine. Courteous staffs. But food has to be brought from outside.
