My favourite hotel in Coimbatore.. The room stay will give you a peaceful stay. Staffs are so good in behaviour and will extend any support. The quality and variety of dishes in brakefast must be improvised..which was not focused. I had the best brakefast few years ago but much disappointed now.

Some rooms are obsolete. Air conditioning is way old and doesn't work. It suddenly stops working at 12 in the night. And you start sweating. Though they have changed our rooms for the first time, deluxe rooms are pathetic. Full of cockroaches and mosquitoes.

A decent hotel with required amenities. Its located in middle of the city. There is covered parking available here. Rooms are decent. Service is average however not bad.

Stayed there for 2 days. Cockroach roaming around the room. I have taken dinner on 8th April at hotel resulting in food poisoning. Room service is also not up to mark. Very bad experience. Not recommended for stay

Very worst service. Not worth their three star claim. Poor service and coordination. Manpower shortage for events (even 200 count they cannot handle).

We did a small family get together function over there, rates and function timings were decided earlier. But the manager on the function day, demanded more money and also turned off the air conditioner during the function, misbehaved with the guests. Huge disrespect to the management for having such a shameless manager. Cockroach were also found in the room. I strictly recommend not to think about this venue for any of your family function.

One of the best hotels for stay and maintaining consistency in terms of service, cleanliness and location wise, perfect. No complaints at all and their rooms were spacious and well maintained and equipped. Even their toiletries are maintained good quality. Definitely recommend for family and friends.

Rooms are excellent service is very good location is very good bathrooms are excellent value for money all are excellent but only issue is cockroach ..i saw everywhere cockroach ..if you keep food..within 5 mins cockroach will come like anything..management has to take care..otherwise awesome to saty in this hotel
