Very Poorly Maintained - Not Recommended at All I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The entire place is very poorly maintained and unhygienic. The washrooms were dirty, the bedsheets hadn't been changed and were stained, and there was no foot mat provided to wipe our feet. Basic essentials like soap and handwash were missing. The air conditioner wasn't working, and when we asked for toilet paper, we were told they didn't have any. It's shocking that they are running a hotel without providing the most basic amenities. Absolutely nothing was available, and the staff didn't seem to care. I would strongly advise avoiding this place if you value cleanliness and comfort.

*Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Money* I had high expectations when I booked this hotel based for one night on the pictures and ratings, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite being a two-star property, the rooms were poorly maintained, with shabby interiors and unclean surroundings. The walls had visible stains, and the washroom was uncomfortably kept, making the stay quite inconvenient. What was most disappointing was the stark difference between the advertised photos and reality. The actual condition of the hotel did not match what was shown online, making it feel like a complete mismatch in terms of value for money. Cleanliness was a major concern, which is something I did not expect at this price point. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay in Coimbatore. There are certainly better options available in this price range. Hopefully, the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall upkeep of the hotel.

I stayed here for 10 days, Cleanliness: The room was spotless throughout my stay, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining it. Comfort: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had great sleep each night. The room also had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, which worked perfectly. Location: The hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to all locations. Staff: The staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions

The worst hotel I've ever seen. We came to coimbatore after completion of our honeymoon. They gave us a room and it's full of cockroaches around 40-50. They changed the room and there were some bugs still. Bathrooms are not clean, tv remote is not there, locks for bathroom are not proper, beds ,pillows,pillow covers, bedsheets everything are dirty. Cannot adjust AC temperature. Cigarette smell all over the building. Hairs, dust, cobwebs, fruitpeels are all over on the floor,in and outside the rooms. I'd give negative rating if there is a chance. Do not ever book this hotel if you don't want to get sick with cockroaches

"IVY Residency was nothing like what was shown in the pictures -- truly the worst stay I've ever experienced. The blankets and pillows had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I had to spray perfume just to tolerate the smell. The toilet seat looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages -- even public restrooms would've been better maintained. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, no dustbin in the room, and even bedbugs under the blanket. Since we checked in around 1 AM, we had no choice but to stay. Absolutely not recommended for anyone!"

The Stay was very awesome and staffs was very polite. Rooms were neat and clean, comfortable , breakfast very nice.Happy to stay will surely be back on our next visit

Stayed here 3 days ...it's one of the better places in the area. Rooms are fine and service is also good.will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family
