Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Clean and tidy too. But service levels are poor. Can understand with the kind of crowd they get, service levels are expected to drop at the restaurants. But not at Kove. Morning breakfast, you have to be early. If you are late, you will find some of the items get exhausted. For instance, both the days that I stayed, fruits got exhausted and could not get them at 9:30a! For a hotel famous for its restaurants, it is natural to expect better breakfast. And courteous service!

Best hotel to stay in Coimbatore. 1. Rooms are super clean and beautiful. 2. Staff is super polite and friendly. 3. Food is the best. The Annapoorna restaurant is unmatched. Super recommended for stay as well as food if you are ever in coimbatore.

Very friendly staff and great standard of hotel and food hall. We have stayed here the 2nd time and for about 2 weeks in a row. Breakfast was very rich and chef Arun, chef Madhu as well as Bindushree stood out especially for great service and dedication.

Nice and neat place. Need to improve on the linen - had to fight to get clean towels. But was changed and well maintained in the next two days. When you know the room is booked for two, pl keep 2 of everything- of course when asked- it was promptly given. A tad pricey... excellent food choice in Kovai and Annapoorna

Truly exceptional service! All the staff were prompt and courteous. The only drawback I came across is AC which has no option to control the temperature despite having the technician visit, which quite didn't feel right. To balance the issue we already had cold so simply turned it off. Otherwise rest everything is worth 5 star
