Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Trinity coimbatore.Exceptional service and hospitality by the staff. Highly recommended this place to friends and family for a pleasant experience

UPDATE.: IF YOU TRAVEL WITH HEART PATIENTS DONT EVEN TRY TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL.....AND even NORMAL PERSON WOULD DEFINITELY GET AN HEART ATTACK IF THEY STAY IN THIS HOTEL...WORST WORST WORST Worst ever experience.....I have never ever stayed in a hotel like this ....i would never recommend staying at this hotel as a family....even for a bachelor who needs a peaceful sleep ...don't prefer this hotel at all...there is a RESTOPUB in 4th floor....the sound will not only reach second floor...i would say it will reach even the earth's core....and if at all you complain it to the reception they would say that they have instructed them to reduce the volume.....we can be at peace for only two mins ...post which they will gradually increase the volume upto their limit again.... PLEASE DO NOT PREFER STAYING AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO HAVE A PEACEFUL/NICE STAY ... Thank you

One of the best hotel Maha was an amazing receptionist and very warm. The food was great, what a lovely hotel.

Hello everyone. I having good experience for this hotel, everyone should know how they treated to guest. I booked my room in this hotel from 6-11-24 to 13-11-24 this was my 1st attempt. My work did finish I want to extend further more. So I extend my room for 4 days 14-11-24 to 17-11-24. Again I extend my room for 3 days 18-11-24 to 20-11-24. On the 20-11-24 morning I got call from reception around 9:00 am that today is check out I ask him that I will come and talk, when arrive to reception within 15 mins to extend as usual before did this, then are asking me to leave the room because it is been booked for 2 month ago. I was really surprised got shocked that I am staying in your hotel from 14 days back and you are asking me to leave without any information and msg. They said that your payment will finish today so you had to leave, I said that you guys should confirm from me should i leave or extend nothing happen like this. HOTEL GM replied was that today your payment will end and this room is alloted to someone else. Without giving any kind of information, this is really their service to one guest. MD was also sitting their, they were saying you had to leave this is the policy. I said I extend back also but this did not happen. So all I want to say their may be got the payment for that room more from me. Either 1000 or any amount. This not ethically and not justified to ask any guest that you had leave without any information. Imagine the higher position man is answering like this to a guest who is staying before 14 days. Very very disappointing answer.

I've stayed in various hotels in the same price/class range in Coimbatore, Trichy Chennai and Pondicherry and Hotel Trinity is the worst experience I have had at a hotel of this range.|I feel like they're running a hostel with a warden than a hotel with a manager. Their motto for any complaint is " you can adjust no".|Why do you have to "adjust" when you're paying for a comfortable stay ???|1. The room is old, stuffy and some walls are dirty.|2. It is ridiculous that for a room for 2 people there is one chair. Are we supposed to sit in the bed and eat. (Chair was provided after two complaints)|3. There is no luggage rack to store bags which is a basic feature in any hotel.|4. Shower was smelly and water trickles through: no steady burst of water.|5. Our bathroom door knob is about to fall off. The person who came to fix it didn't fix it but told us nothing would happen..another "adjustment".|6. The amount of miscommunication in the hotel is baffling..for example the room has a printed card saying dial "5" for room service clearly. But if you call this number he says to call the "kitchen" and they pass the wrong orders. Finally we found out we had to call 35. Why would you put a card saying call 5|7. I enquired with two different people- reception and kitchen staff about breakfast time so as to go in time. I was clearly told it was after 8 and upto 10 am|Then I get a call demanding why we haven't showed up for breakfast and it will close at 9.30|8. There is a restopub on the 4th floor and you can hear the thumping bass till 11.30 . I think the hotel has directed all its resources to running the restopub that the hotel guests are ignored.|The hotel is clearly not run professionally|I would heavily not recommend staying here. There are plenty of modern hotels with great amenities and warm service in Peelamedu. Avoid Hotel Trinity at all costs.|A very disappointed guest.

We ordered 2 water bottle in room. I shocked the bill. Such a good hotels not charged this much amount for guest room service.
