Hotel O PBR NEST

We came from Sweden and stayed at Hotel O PBR NEST, and it was an exceptional experience! The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing ambiance. The location is convenient, and the serene surroundings made it a perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a blend of comfort and excellent service.

Very bad experience, we(group of 3 friends), booked this hotel as this was reasonable on booking.com and we had a tight budget. We made part payment a day before to confirm our booking. We received confirmation email as well. On arriving they said that the amount on the website is less and to cancel the booking and pay offline(offline price was more than 2 times the amount for we booked). We called the customer care and after more than an hour of discussion they made arrangement to an alternative hotel which was approx 12 km away(I checked the price was similar to the previous hotel) with no compensation on travel. The customer support was least helpful and our whole day plan was ruined because of this. I would suggest avoiding this hotel.
