Hotel O Blue Moon

Horrible choice. went to checkin after a long day, I was completely tierd and exhausted. i have booked the property online but at the time of check in the property owner refused to allow me to check in. They asked me to book afresh at the property by paying full amount. they didn't have a chair and a glass of water to offer to the guest. worst place.

worst hotel i never seen in my life... iam booked this hotel through oyo... they did not accept the fare... staffs and this property owner are hehaving me like a animal... Dont go there... i knew its a. scam..

Room had not been cleaned properly... the staff was very rude and not helpful... there is an active bee hive living in the walls... and the AC doesn't work... 10/10 DO NOT recommend

The staff is rude and dosent accept OYO room fare. They ask for more money and denied the check in.

Absolutely horrible experience. The hotel clerk uses the bathrooms to smoke while the guests are away. They charge double the price that we paid for online on Agoda. The owner is rude, so is the clerk. The AC does not work properly in some of the rooms, and the beds are really bad in one of them as well. Please avoid this place.

Worst experience at the place Manager and owner treated very badly and don't have manners to talk to customer First they booked the room on Oyo then refused to accept the booking and asked for RS 200 extra at the time of arrival and said otherwise you talk to Oyo customer care we can't do anything. Complete spoiled room spoiled bedsheet and spoiled bathroom. I asked to change the bed sheet they said laundry is not available. Worst hotel worst owner I have ever seen. Frauds.. the price showing on is just to trap you. Once you reach there it will be 100% more and they will show their rude face. Not at all recommended. And this place not at all for decent persons. This hotel manager/owner name is Mohammed and totally rude to the customer.

1. This hotel is very pathetic and not cleaned at all for decades... 2. The bed and pillow is very dirty and full of hairs, the not even cleaned before check in and after check out. 3. They asked huge extra money while check in and saying they can't give the room for paid amount. 4. The bathrooms are very very bad and worst then public toilets 5.
