"Never consider staying here just because of the low price--they are fraudsters. The guy at the reception only opens his mouth to eat or tell lies to customers. The manager of this property is no better. I booked a room for my friend through the OYO app. After reaching there, they demanded extra money. My friend told them that he had already paid, but they still refused to give him a room. After I called customer care, they agreed to provide a non-AC room, claiming there was no power at the property. However, my friend noticed there was no power issue, as the AC exhaust fan was still working while they lied. I called the customer care executive again because I had paid for an AC room. The executive arranged a conference call with the manager, but the manager continued to support the receptionist. After a long debate, and only due to the intervention of the customer care executive, the manager finally agreed to provide the AC room. However, the room had a pathetic bathroom, and they turned off the AC at midnight. Never support fraudsters like these. Avoid booking this property on any platform so we can teach such useless people a lesson

Worst rooms ,no hygiene bad response It's showing 800 /- .. but he will charge 1200/- scam ....
It's a scam. Don't ever book there since the price is less. They won't allow you to check in if you make an online booking. Also the hotel looks scary. Don't ever go with family.
This is the poorest hotel in whole coimbatore region. Nearby airport you will easily find better rooms if you give 1200rupee for a night for 4ppl. This oyo hotel is not a hotel is a nightmare tht you should never visit this hotel again. Couples come for thier own reasons here but for family is not good at all. The service, hotel structure, toilets, bathrooms all r worst. Also the guy who is the temporary care taker is totally useless. This hotel is just a name but actually it is a disaster. When you go tothe hotel bathrooms have no light and water. Pls do not go to Oyo hotels at all, visit thier first check all things and then pay money. Do not pay online otherwise it will be a scam for you. They charge me extra on this and the Oyo manager has done nothing to help me reclaim my money. The oyo agent say's something, oyo manager and the property caretaker all have no clear cut cooperation, coordination and communication. Oyo disaster service is top at it's peak.
I had a very bad experience; I booked a room for my father, and when he called the property to inform them of a late check-in, they didn't have any issues with it. However, they insisted they couldn't provide the room at the online price and demanded 1200 INR instead. Upon reaching the location, he called them again to confirm, but their response was terrible. When he was about to check in, the reception claimed there was no room booked under our reservation and insisted it wasn't the hotel we had booked. Thinking it was his mistake, my father returned and spent considerable time searching for the same hotel. When he followed Google Maps, it directed him to the same hotel location. He thought the map was wrong and wandered around for an hour. Later, I took photos of the property from Google and sent them to him. It was then that he realized it was the same hotel he went to before. He returned to the hotel, showed the reservation details, and asked, 'Why did you misguide me?' Another hotel employee acknowledged that the booking belonged to them but said they couldn't accommodate him at the online (Oyo) pricing. They demanded the same 1200 INR in cash, even though we had paid through Oyo. I later called Oyo customer service to complain, but even after that, they continued demanding the same. My father had to take a strong stand, refusing to pay. He told them to call the police if the hotel had any issues, as they weren't following Oyo executive directions. Finally, he got a room, but the hassles he faced, especially at his age in the night, were horrible. He was literally exhausted.
How can oyo even list this hotel, please remove this hotel from list. So my stay was confirmed by oyo and also I paid in advance. But at reaching the location after long hours of travel at night 10:30pm, the person was wanted to charge extra 1000rs each room. When I said that my stay is confirmed by oyo and also I paid advance, he was like from this hotel we didn't confirm , from oyo app you got confirmation (So I spoke to customer care twice regarding the confirmation before my visit ). The hotel person behaviour was careless , he seemed very confident that nothing will cause issue to his hotel, since he had some settings with oyo to charge extra money from people .My parents 66yrs of age and we were at location which was very scary, all dark and no shops beside, nor rickshaw or taxi. It was really painful and scary for us since we were at road standing helplessly in fear what will happen to us if any robbers comes.

AWFUL, TERRIBLE, DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL! OYO CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WORSE!! NO RESOLUTION GIVEN REAL TIME AND NO RESOLUTION GIVEN AFTER CHECK OUT!! CUSTOMER SEVICE EXECUTIVES MANNED BY UNEDUCATED PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO EMPATHY, CAN NEITHER SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH NOR HINDI AND TAKE NO OWNERSHIP OR PRIDE IN THEIR JOB. WILL NEVER USE OYO EVER AGAIN!
The hotel is not allowed me to check-in. Please do not book in this hotel.No support from OYO recieved. I have booked this hotel throgh Agoda by paying Rs. 464.33 for one night. When i reached there at 8:00pm they are not allowed me to check-in by telling the reason that the amount is very low and their rate is Rs. 599. So they asked me to pay Rs. 599 to check-in eventhough i have already payed in Agoda Rs. 464.33. Eventhough i have booked throgh Agoda i got the OYO customer care number from Agoda. So i have called OYO customer care to solve the issue. Each time i have called OYO customer care they told me that they will book a nearby room for me and they put my call on hold by telling they are checking nearby hotels, then after waiting 15 minutes the call got disconnected. I have called OYO customer care 4 times and each time they put my call on hold by telling that they are checking nearby hotel ( each call duration is about 15-20 minutes) .But i have waited till 9:45pm ( 1 hour 45 minutes after reaching the property) without any resolution from OYO customer care. Very disappointed on OYO. At the end i have paid extra amount at the hotel to check-in thus i have lost my money. They room is not clean at all. Bed sheets and Pillows are dirty. Toilet is not clean. Even toilet lock on ouside is brocken. TV is not working.
