Hotel O ACS Inn

ITS A SCAM HOTEL, FAKE PRICING, NO FACILITIES, RUDE STAFF, WORST LOCATION, WOULD GIVE 0 IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE NEVER EVER COME HERE YOU WILL ALWAYS REGRET. THEY WERE LITERALLY ASKING 1800rs FOR NON AC ROOM. AND ALSO VERY BAD SMELL COMES FROM ROOMS ALSO WATER IS VERY SALTY AND CHLORINATED. ALSO NO SECURITY NO ONE AT RECEPTION FALSE WIFI PASSWORD NOTHING WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Provided value for money service. Very near to KGISL IT Park, Indialand.. ect @ Saravanapatti. I strongly recommend the company.

Very worst hotel they are asking extra amounts.... Very rude behavior... Very very worst...

All staffs are fraud and rowdys, they charged for a/c rooms through booking.com and provided non a/c rooms in person with the same charges , also there are no parking facilities and completely scammed and trapped for getting more money from customers....

I booked this hotel on 26,May'23. We were late for check-in and it was communicated to the hotel. We reached the hotel around 11.30 pm the hotel was beside the cemetery and there was no proper road to reach the hotel. After we reached the hotel, they didn't give us a room. They asked me to pay 1000 rupees extra if I want a room even though I have to check out at 5 am. Went with my 5 year old son and family. At that time I had no choice. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

We checked in night and found keys on reception. No one was there. We opened our rooms and found completely mess. . No one listening.Empty beer bottles, even bedsheets not changed. So much bad smell. Noonee picking the call. Drunk people roaming every where. Not recommend for anyone.Booked two ac rooms. But given one AC and one non AC.

Overall we face the worst experience ever in the hotel rooms. The worst part is the reception staff. She is very rude and very annoying. Though I booked an a/c room a day prior, they didn't provide us with the AC room, she told us that ac rooms are filled. When we try to explain what we are booking with confirmation emails and messages, she didn't allow it and told us like cancel the room at the last minute. As we don't found any other options, we have to go with a non-ac room. They didn't even provide us with a water facility even when we are ready to pay. We have to get out long distances to get the water bottle. Totally the worst experience ever.

No one in reception and a drunkard was sitting in reception. He couldn't even stand., I had to cancel the room and search for other room due to this . Unnecessary cancellation charges for me. Very difficult to commute if u don't have a vehicle.
