Hotel Nivetha Grand

Charge 7k for a Suite room but it doesn't have a kettle and Mini Fridge. Curtains were not dark enough. Too much sunlight into the room at 6 AM. Only good thing, Front desk staff was a helpful and allowed us to use the fridge for a while. In-house bar doesn't have much options at all only two strong beer brands. Room was spacious enough.

Rooms,Service, Receptionist,Manager, Lift,water,Ac, Hot water, Service Boys ,Car parking, Bed,Bathroom all are very well. I am highly recommended for this restaurant, Nevitha restaurant is best in Coimbatore and all are very best Service ,I am 2 days staying that restaurant I am very happy and peaceful I added my photo with manger and Receptionist. thank for all

I had a very bad experience.very unprofessional behaviour from reception person and manager Prabhakaran. Money minded people. I would not suggest anybody to prefer this hotel for a peaceful stay. Rooms are not giving a hotel stay ambiance..would be like a marriage hall.

HORRIBLE PLACE.... DISAPPOINTED BADLY.... PLEASE DONT ....JUST DONT .....NOT AT ALL WORTH THE MONEY.... This was the worst experience of my life. Really don't know where to start, the rooms had dirty linens, no natural ventilation, service people were rude, and the toilets STINK very badly. (When informed to housekeeping their response was "it's because guest are using so toilet will smell like that only".) No additional blankets (not even a thin one) were provided, saying it will only be provided if paid for extra bed. The restaurant was a whole new level. It was a complimentary breakfast, were we got JAIL like service and food. The food was restricted and when asked for another serving it was rudely refused. The service staff especially one thin guy (don't wanna say the name) was idiotic and rude to another level were we really felt like punching his face. He was just throwing the food in ur plate in the name of serving guests. From the check-in to the check-out the experience was absolutely horrible and worthless. I would not even give one star for this hotel, but i am giving it only for the car parking.

The reception was looking good, Even the rooms aren't bad, But the bathrooms were not good, It was dirty and the water was not hot, Water didn't go inside the toilet and came out. And the restaurant was the worst, They served only Idli, Vada, Sambar and coconut chutney which wasn't good and didn't have salt in the chutney. There are many Good Hotels at the same price nearby, So try booking those instead.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing from start to finish. Upon check-in on the evening of September 11th, the receptionist was so unfriendly. The room had a window with only a thin curtain, and the bright corridor lights left the room fully lit all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The bedsheets and blankets were in poor condition, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, there was no water in the morning, causing us delays. Given the high room rates and poor experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel experience for family, hotel staff is very unprofessional, don't know how to do hospitality, very rude, cheap people,not helping for anything, behave like a criminals.only money they want. Never ever recommend this low quality hotel for anyone. Worst part is reception and staff and Then worst service and worst room, toilet dirty, badsheet dirty.rooms also low quality.

Highly priced but location wise good. Breakfast services need to be improved. Looks like the whole hotel is run by kids.
