Hotel Nachas

This hotel doesn't look like a hotel at all. The people and the hotel have nothing to do with it. This hotel is not suitable for families. It is considered the best hotel for drinkers. And there are a lot of mosquito bites in hotel rooms, so you have to sleep among mosquitoes. It is only for unmarried bachelors to stay. I don't think there is a safe environment for women to come and stay here. The bathroom and toilet are not clean. They provide Wi-Fi, but it doesn't have internet service.

They are below standard of a slum lodge. They will show good pictures online and make you book and when you arrive all that you see is stinking place with filthy surroundings, broken doors, unusable toilets, smelly facilities everywhere. Starting from receptionist to property manager everyone acts rude and unprofessional. Do not go there even if you do not find a ln alternative option. Better avoid this place if you are worried for the safety and comfort of your family and friends!

Okayish rooms. Could have been maintained better. Floors are sticky due to low maintenance. Bedsheets had stains here and there. Receptionist was so strict on timing, although I opted for an early check-in when I booked via 3rd party site. Parking is on the back side of the hotel. Huge space for parking with security guards.

The rooms at the hotel were quite small and didn't provide a value-for-money experience. The room service was average at best. Regarding the restaurant below, Dindigul Thalapakatti, the experience was disappointing and didn't live up to the hype. This could be an issue with this particular branch, but I'm not certain. I visited late at night, around 9 PM, and several menu items, including their famous biryani, were unavailable. The biggest letdown was the tandoori chicken--it had a foul smell, as if the chicken was old or spoiled. After noticing the smell, I couldn't eat it. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. I'll consider trying a different branch next time.

I booked a hotel in Coimbatoor with confirmation number 4611610985. The hotel booking was for 08/11/2024 till 10/11/2024 for my wife and her mother(2women). When the arrived at hotel they provided a low standard and dirty room which do not match any description or picture of the room displayed in the booking.com application. When we requested to look at the same in application they said those types of rooms needs an additional payment of Rs.2000 plus. This was a terrifying experience as they travelled 1 day to reach this location to stay for another 2 days. The bathroom door was completely broken, whole room was dirty and filthy, AC wasn't working, no desk or chair was provided and many more to describe which was missing in room. When tried to contact customer support they promised to find a solution. The complaint number is 1078072201 , till date even the booking.com customer service never minded to respond or follow up. It's totally unprofessional. Till now no response, nobody attended the customer. It's really shocking experience. I demand justice and compensation for this terrible experience. They are still at the property and i do not know how will their mental state will be after being completed their stay at this property. We could not vacate out of this poor facility and look for another because we have a exam for tomorrow and has no choice left.

It is best and cheap hotel The workers are respective and friendly

Worst behavior people in the Nachas hotels even though we booked earlier that the hotel admin told to come and pay in hotel premises. Based on which we booked train and came to hotel by mid night and finally the people from Nachas told Rooms got occupied also no vacant but we came around 8 people by mid night with kids which unclear statements and fraudulent behaviour. They released the rooms who paid more. Then what is point in booking through online and travelled from Chennai. We never experienced this worst situation in Chennai and it will impact your localities goodwill. Don't cheat any people by Giving trustworthy words and denied in bottleneck situation.

Rooms are good with easy access to the city. There is a famous restaurant just below. Easy cab access and well maintained rooms. The staff is very good and helpful. High speed wifi is also available.
