Disappointing Stay - Poor Hygiene & Maintenance Issues I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Room Condition: The room was far from clean--there were insects everywhere, including bed bugs and cockroaches. It was extremely unhygienic, and I couldn't sleep properly due to constant itching and discomfort. AC Not Working: The air conditioning barely worked, making the room feel hot and stuffy. Despite complaining multiple times, the issue was not fixed, and I had to struggle through an uncomfortable night. Lobby Smell: The moment I entered the lobby, I was hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was overwhelming and made the entire space feel unpleasant. Service & Cleanliness: Housekeeping was not up to standard--stains on the sheets, dirty bathrooms, and a general lack of maintenance. Despite bringing these issues to the staff's attention, nothing was done to improve my stay. Overall, my stay was frustrating, and I wouldn't return. The hotel management needs to seriously improve cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Not worth the money!

We had a opportunity to have a stay at this lodge for 7 days. The rooms didn't meet up our expectations. The smell of cigarette smoking everywhere in the lodge... This made our stay very uncomfortable to be frank

Our stay at Lemon Park Hotel was a complete nightmare. Upon arrival, we were informed by the receptionist that there were no rooms available. Confused, we showed him our reservation, clearly stating that we had already paid in full. His response? A cold refusal to give us a room or refund our money. We were left standing there, shocked and furious, realizing we were being scammed. What made matters worse was his blatant dishonesty. He repeatedly insisted there was no booking at all, essentially calling us liars. We were left with no choice but to threaten to call the police, and only then did he reluctantly cancel the booking. How is it possible that there was suddenly a record of our reservation when moments before he swore there wasn't one? This hotel doesn't just mislead its guests--it outright lies to them. The staff are shady, dishonest, and clearly only interested in lining their own pockets. If you're thinking of staying here, think again. This place is nothing short of a scam. Beware!" Before I forget - the owner himself is rasicst - he said to us he does not want to host foreigners...

Worst experience ever. Destructed building, unclosed washroom doors, leaked taps. Nightmare. I highly unrecommend this place.

Very clean,well maintained room with clean attached bathroom, fan, AC. Bathrobe & bathing soap is provided. 24/7 check-in & check-out is available. Charge for 1 full day stay (24 hours) is Rs.1500.

We had a confirmed and paid booking with agoda, but they reacted at the reception, when we wanted to check in, as they have no information/booking from us and that it is our problem. After a long discussion (where they proven) lied about the reservation, they canceled the booking on their behalf (oh they surprisingly know agoda after all...) when we threatened calling the police! Lied into our eyes. Characterless!
