However, the staff lacks hospitality -- no smiles, no eagerness to help, and little interaction when guests have questions. There's no in-house restaurant; breakfast is provided in a container, which feels quite basic. Overall, it's a practical option for a short stay, but don't expect much beyond the room itself.

Good and a comfort stay. Clean room. Staffs are good . Bathroom is clean. No restaurant inside the hotel. Easy accessibility to all shops. Room service 8am to 4 pm.

Hospitality was the worst, and the receptionists are unprofessional; they are rude. You won't believe the bedsheet and blanket were not clean, especially the outer blanket, which had a lipstick stain and a chocolate/brown color stain on it. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

I plan to trip coimbatore with my family. Stay this hotel one day 29.12. 2024. I have never seen this type of worst service hotel. They mentioned 3 star hotel but this hotel like as a lodge. Rooms are very small and bed size was very small. Beds blankets dirty. No restaurant at hotel. I order tea at morning. Room service was forgot and repeatly I call they after send my order. Morning brekfast complimentary but breakfast was very worst. They order breakfast outside. I will give zero star rating at this hotel. I am not reffer anyone this hotel. Very unsatisfied and unworthy.
