Hotel Landmark

I've been staying regularly in this Hotel for the past few months and will continue to do so. All the staff are courteous. The rooms are clean and neat. Only drawback is the lack of shower curtain. I love their breakfast and used to wonder how do they prepare all items so tasty! Located very close to bus stand and with sufficient parking. Keep it up Hotel Landmark!

Stayed in this hotel for one day great experience. Very neat and convenient rooms. Their service is super good. Highly recommended. For breakfast also they have few varieties. Tried dinner and it's super delicious. Respectful waiters. They are kind and helpful.

I call this as best 3 star hotel in Coimbatore because every thing about this hotel is best in my opinion, (including tariff, comparatively) as I felt when I stayed here for two days from 1.3.2025 to 3.3.2025, |Location is excellent in the heart of the city , just adjacent from the Main Bus terminus and just about 2.5 kms from Coimbatore junction Railway station,and 10kms from airport.| There is Adyar ananda bhavan, vegetarian restaurant,adjacent, for those who prefer pure veg.restaurant|This hotel has its own restaurant with excellent quality and delicious food. The complementary breakfast was excellent and well spread varieties.|The room was impeccably clean. The house keeping staff and room service were very prompt and quick for the call. Mr.Dharma seelan and Mr.Sharatkumar inthe restaurant were very professional, well mannered and helpful.|Mr.Titus who booked my room on line was very courteous in his approach.| There is a spacious AC bar in the ground floor and a Restobar in the third floor.|To conclude,Overall, it was my best stay and I will stay here only, with family, in my future visits to Coimbatore

Budget friendly hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast is what impressed me with a nice spread of options. The people out there are very friendly and at your service. They also have a banquet hall with a good audio system. Both personal and official purposes can be well organized.

I am writing to express our deep disappointment with the declining service quality at The Hotel Landmark. As a valued corporate client, our company has been booking stays for both business trips and our dealers, contributing approximately 10 lakh in annual business to your hotel. However, over the past six months, we have observed a significant deterioration in hospitality standards. The staff's behavior has been unprofessional, and there appears to be a complete lack of management oversight. Staff members have positioned themselves as the final decision-makers, leading to rigid policies, poor service, and an overall negative experience. Despite our longstanding association with your hotel, the treatment we have received has been humiliating and far from the hospitality standards we expect. Given this experience, we have decided to discontinue all future bookings with The Hotel Landmark and will not be recommending it to our associates. Koushik Das [TI ~ Coimbatore]
