Hotel Kooloth Lake View Residency

Absolutely horrible experience. The rooms were filthy and infested with cockroaches. It was impossible to stay there comfortably. We tried complaining to the management, but they were incredibly rude and completely unresponsive. The air conditioner barely worked, making the stay even worse. To top it all off, the prices are absurdly high for such a disgusting place. This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed--avoid at all costs.and there was a bald man at the reception he was very rude when we tried to complain.

I gave 5 stars for rooms and hotel. Because this was my second stay at this hotel. But this time I don't get a room. Instead the receptionist who is a malayali,he arrogantly behaved. I am doctor and my friend is an advocate. I don't know why he behave like that. Not only he behaved same with us but also with other customers and the staffs. He thinks he's the owner of this hotel. What a stupidity. I have a question to the owner of this hotel. Do you think if someone like him worked as a receptionist in this hotel,the hotel get a good reviews and success. No way. One need to simple and pleasent. That's the good nature of a receptionist. We said we had Google meet conference. He said you don't give a room here. Go and search another. He can suggest like an opinion. But he arrogantly behaved. If the hotel policy doesn't allow this,that can understand. But the way of talk is nonsense. As a malayali we really hate these kinds of behaviour from a malayali. So,I request to the the owner to evaluate the behaviour of your receptionist and find what I'm a saying is true or not. And take appropriate actions against him. For your success ai don't recommend you to appoint these kinds of men.

I stayed for 4 day and paid each day 1065 rs but no water service and no hot water rooms are fully dust and dirty windows are full dust filled in bathroom flush was not working and no hot water nothing and they give wifi connection only for oneday then say wifi have problem and will not work anymore and bathroom is biggest dirty and door does not have lock, not worth for that money. At if they change all these and keep clean then it's worthy

Location wise it's near the rly station and on road. We took AC deluxe room which was nowhere a deluxe. The curtains in the window were small and dirty. The bathroom was small and was not cleaned properly the taps were leaking and exhaust fan was not working. Since the hotel is on road it's quite noisy all the time even after midnight. They don't provide any room service water or breakfasts. However there are restaurants and bakeries around so you get things to eat easily.

Location wise hotel is best but they don't have parking facility. We booked a room late at night they charged more than the prices shown online. Room is ok. They gave toiletries . Sheet and pillow cover were dirty. When i asked about the over price, manager told me that they will change online price also. I chcekd price on MMT and difference of price was rs 300

I took a non ac room for Rs. 1600/-. No good staff here. In my room no hot water came. I informed reception, they told me to wait sometime. After 1 hr also no hot water came. Again I asked the hotel staff, and he brought one bucket of hot water from somewhere. They are cheating in hot water come, come like that. No proper cleaning of rooms and toilets. Car parking in the underground with a small entry. Don't waste your money
