Hotel Grand Tree

Worst Break fast .. This hotel not proper cleaning bed .. So many insect .. But tariff is 3360 no worth. ... Waste of money

Please read this before booking this place, I called and booked this hotel for 1 and half day as we were going to check out by 8pm, they confirmed half day booking for that day with half day rent of 1.5k to me. Then i visit this place, the night shift staff refused to give the place for half day, and was extremely rude with us. Then the morning shift staff told yes I promised to give you half day, but now I can't. If you stay 1 min after 24hour check in, will cost entire day amount. They themselves don't know rules of their hotel and were rude and unprofessional. Don't book with them on phone, they even deny the booking name itself. Rooms are decent, spacious. But bed spread was old and dirty. They are giving only 1 water bottle for 2 people room. We checked out after 1 day and went to hotel the fortune, much better hotel with polite staff.

I am from Chennai to Coimbatore on an official visit and I stayed at hotel grand tree where in the stay was very comfortable with full of hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. I really suggest to all my friends and family members about hotel grand tree. Thank you grand tree and team

I had a great experience.The rooms and the service was good.There were no water bottles kept in the room but were given on demand.We ate in their buffet and the food was great and really tasty.

I had a terrible stay and staffs were rude especially the person who was at the reception was very rude.. They won't provide basic needs and when we entered the room cockroaches welcomed us and they asked us to check out in the midnight.. Hospitality wise I can give them a big zero.. please don't opt this hotel..

Rooms were nice, it seems to be a newly built hotel. Breakfast was average, they didn't have many options and whatever was there, that too was very basic. The location is good in terms of proximity to Gandhipuram bus stand, it is at walkable distance. It is also pretty close to railway station.

Stay in your hotel was indeed I selected best one I felt. Though my stay with my family was one night & checked out morning, it was very relaxing with no noise after long journey & followed by business meeting. Rooms was comfortable and totally satisfied with the stay. Staff were polite & my request was also arranged with 2 rooms closeby. However, we missed to have breakfast at your place, but your reminding & checking was very thoughtful. Thank you team for warm welcoming, Amenities, customer service and hygiene/clean in the room. Hopefully next visit to Coimbatore, will book the rooms with you. Would be great, if inhouse restaurant is available. It will be really help for elderly family members to have food at the hotel instead traveling outside during nights

Two months ago, my wife and I stayed at this hotel. After checking in we went out and returning at 7:00 pm, I asked the staff about parking, and they said it was fine. However, between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm, they called three times offering dinner, which I declined each time. The real problem came at 10:30 pm when they unexpectedly called me to move my car due to arriving guests. This frustrated me as I was already asleep, and it disrupted my night. If they had called before 10:00 pm, it wouldn't have been as bad. I shared my experience on Google Maps at 11:30 pm. If you're thinking about staying there, my advice is to disconnect the landline(it's super loud) for added privacy because they didn't respect mine. Also parking area is conjusted.
