Hotel Fortune Suites

This hotel seem to be in good locality and staff is also polite. The facilities are seem OK, but everything is worn out. Washrooms not maintained well. Breakfast is also good and adequate. My room are compact, AC was working fine. Since there is no fan in the room which felt me suffocating. Seems like room maintainance not done for a long time.

Rude staff. Felt like they are giving the room for free. A/C dint work the whole night. They kept saying 5min- 10min it ll cool. An after an hour they said this is only we can give. All other guests are sleeping why cant you sleep. It was burning hot inside. I guess if somebody from the management is reading this plz consider changing your staff.

I have stayed here for around 10 days. Felt very bad bcoz of following reasons. 1. Front desk manager is very very ride. He treats the guest like slave. His name starts with letter R. I think it's RAJKUMAR He treats his fellow colleagues like the slave too. Over Authoritative, Dominant, Rude. 2. No Fans in the room. It's a worst plan from the team to not have fans in any room. I literally be able to hear what people are talking in reception in the night time. 3. Restroom are not properly cleaned and maintained. 4. Breakfast is not upto mark. For the sake of sending pictures to MD they arrange breakfast in good manner. But what they serve is spoiled water melon, fermented idli, dosa and so on. SUGGESTIONS: 1.Kindly change your front desk manager. It will give you good name from lot of customer. 2. kindly install fans in room 3. Make sure your restrooms are well maintained with good cleaning procedure. 4. kindly change or advise your existing cooking lady to prepare good quality food. I request the MD to take surprise checks in the hotel

They are great liars, totally misleading gullible people saying they have restaurant..there is No restaurant, worst , inefficient,rude staff, dirty rooms ,wet tissues in the washroom, Ac is non functional, no breakfast though they claim to give complimentary breakfast, they even charge for the mandatory water bottle they are supposed to give everyday. Worst experience we ever had ! Thank God our travel agent had booked it for Only one night! Please give a wide No to this useless lodge ( absolutely NOT a hotel category at all)

Worst ever experience .My car petrol tank was broken and fuel was stolen the hotel are not willing to coperate inspite of request for the cctv photoge. I think the hotel staff r involved in crime . """Beware "" . It happens in the night

The hotel is very good, nice staffs..rooms are also neat and friendly.

Previously it was very clean & nowadays day restrooms are smelling very bad. Only the location is good.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. A pleasant surprise to find such a good property in a calm residential area, not too far from the business areas. Our preference was to stay at a place from where it is easier to visit Isha Foundation and get back, and also were looking for a place closer to Bangalore highway. This hotel RS Puram turned out to be a very good choice. The staff helped us to find a good cab for our commute between hotel and the Isha foundation. The in-house vegetarian restaurant had some awesome food. Parking in basement was convenient and safe. We left all our luggage except essential stuff in the car as our stay was only for a day. The security guard assured us complete safety. In short, an awesome place to stay
