Hotel Chanma International

First upon this is not international hotel , it's dirty class hotel, one day before check in I called to hotel person Mr Dinesh for booking...he confirmed charges of 1700 and when check out time he told 2200/- , these peoples are trapped to inovcient customers Rooms are very old third class catiogary look like boot bangla(Horror show) In room lot of mascito and wallizard. Bathroom is very durty and unhijanic TV is only for show off ....no channels are active, when we asked atleast one channel active of IPL they are rudely reply and didn't active, staffs are no manners to talk with customers, they thrown us out of the hotel before check out time because he called suddenly in the morning @ 6 am and asked for check out but we had informed check out time @ 8 am, he can't agree to accept Blanket and water and necceary hotels products not provided, you have to ask basic facilities to staff otherwise they will not provide. Very un higenic hotel don't book this hotel otherwise you will trap these staffs planning. They are showing swiming tank on website but that property not belong to this hotel.......it is charged 200/- per head for 1 hr

Don't book this hotel just by seeing the rating the rating. Really pathetic. For 1400 price, hotel doesn't stands in the suitable bracket. Bugs, insects, mosquitoes in the bed. Entire night we were not able to sleep. They don't provide blanket for non AC room. Trip advisory websites should recheck the status of the hotel, before saying good even after many bad reviews.

Commode had mold floating, drain was open, room was very dusty, geyser had no hot water. They did not provide blankets, when we asked for it they just have bedsheets which were dirty. Mirror in washroom was super dirty as well. Not recommended.

The rooms were near and clean. The shower had some issues. The hotel has a swimming pool, but we were not told by that. So, we missed it. It is advice to the receptionist, that please explain the amenities of the properties while checking in

I had very bad experience I don't recommend this hotel and staff were very rude not providing proper facility and they charging money for everything.please don't book this hotel and if check-in time is before 1hr also they are not allowing inside and early check in they are charging money. Very bad experience.rooms are not hygiene.

Horrible. Not even bachelors can stay here. My friend developed skin infection due to dirty sheets. Bathroom is pathetic no civilised person can use it. It has open drains, defective bidets, dirty floors and stinks of fungus. Not well maintained. It is a scam going on. They charge 500 rupees extra for no reason.

Worst hotel of Coimbatore.. Very bad rooms.. No maintenance.. Staffs are uncorporative.. Doesn't understand Hindi, English.. And moreover soo much mosquito all around the room.. Not able to sleep the whole night.. Just because the windows were broken.. The lock of the room door broken.. Not able to lock properly from outside.. Worst experience

Pathetic experience. I had booked an AC Deluxe room through Agoda. Upon reaching the man at the reception gave me the keys and told me there is no staff available and I need to check the room and shift the luggage myself. Room was in a terrible condition and without AC. When I asked the person was very rude. He made me speak with one Mr Naveen who is apparently the owner. He too was very rude and unconcerned. I booked another property and left from there.
