I had pre-booked a Double Bedroom Non-AC (1400), but my experience was far from smooth. Issues Faced Long Waiting Time - Had to wait 20 minutes at reception. Unprofessional Receptionist - The old man managing the desk was rude and even tried to charge extra (1600+). Cramped Room - At first, it seemed okay, but later we realized it was too congested--two people couldn't even stand near the TV at the same time. Average Bathroom - Nothing impressive. Too Bright at Night - Curtains failed to block outside lights, so I had to use bedsheets. Sensor Lock System - Confusing for first-time guests. WiFi Denied - The receptionist refused to provide WiFi, saying it wasn't available, but I could detect the network on my phone. Overpriced for Services Provided - Not worth the money. Positives Room was clean. Staff helped with the heater in the morning (though it was tricky to use). Final Verdict This hotel is not worth 1400. The rude receptionist, congested room, and lack of proper services made the stay unpleasant. Avoid unless absolutely necessary!

Clean and compact rooms with somewhat higher prices for the room size they have. The main advantage is the location,it's near the railway junction and in the main area. Bathrooms are clean and Good service.

Giving this place a 1 star rating only because of the location, the room is very small and they charge 1700 which is not the correct price for an AC room, you can negotiate to 1300. There are better places nearby where you can stay.

Located just opposite of Coimbatore railway station. Rooms are a little congested but it's quite clean and Neat. Room service is also available but it doesn't have any restaurant attached. They charge 1680 for Non ac Double room and 1900 for AC Double.

The location was perfect. Rooms could have been a bit spacious. Was tightly packed rooms.

The room was so small so it was difficult to walk inside the room and only 24hrs available we can't extend for 12hrs or even 1 or 2 hr. The only good thing is the neatness and it's nearby railway station.

Room is not spacious, very constrained space & not properly ventilated. Adequate Bedsheets are not provided and bathroom taps are broken. Only advantage is room is just opposite to railway station.

Walkable distance from Coimbatore Junction Neat and clean room. Worth the tariff, Nice hospitality, Caring staff overall
