Fressotel Seetharam, Coimbatore

Three times stayed in this hotel. Compare to earlier now process is very hight and according to price enhancement there is not additional services. Check in time very bad after 12 noon and before 11am, just like online booking they made a policy. Service is very poor, out of three times not a single time, I get bill while check out. Every time one message server is down and we will share bill through WhatsApp or email but no result. Breakfast is complementary after taking coupon, when we go to hotel for breakfast we consider as a last compare to all other people who come for regular breakfast. Because of complementary priority not given i believe. If we stay for more than one day for room service we have to request and toiletries not providing also not providing tea and milk powder. Cleaning of restroom and use of disinfect is not in practice. Few staffs are having a habit to ask advance payment everyday. Never ever seen such practices. This time I went with my family and for business trip I went out of station for two days, one gentleman in reception everyday was asking advance payment to my family and also was asking how many days will you start where as my booking was for 4 nights. Like last time this time also bill not received coz server is busy. Inside the room one refrigerator is available but it is our of order. Overal experience is not attractive bery bad.

Room is neat and clean, it's spacious and located near bus stand. Washroom are maintained properly. I have stayed at suite room it's worth for money. Respons and service from reception is also good. Peacefull ambience no noice or distrubance.

An expansive room with all basic amenities and close to central bus stand of Gandhipuram and close to all shopping areas. Breakfast is served at Hotel Ananandaas near by. Reception, room service and house keeping are good. Car parking is also there.

A nice clean boutique hotel. Room and restroom were both very clean. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Close to shopping area and many restaurants around including a good veg one in the ground floor. Note that the hotel does not have its own restaurant and hence no room service. We booked well in advance and got a good deal. It was worth the money.

We stayed here for a wedding in the family for a night. It's a good place. The room was clean. The location was good. Basic coffee/ tea and kettle with drinking water were available. But they must provide a carpet outside the washrooms and a bucket and mug in the washroom for convenience.

Nearby elders home giving a negative vibe . especially other star Hotels in Coimbatore ( raddison , gokulam, zibe ) are giving 24 hours check in checkout but this hotel does not allow the 24 check in .Coimbatore is a business city without morning checkin how come business people use this hotel . For this much charge they don't have a kitchen We need to get a coupon like hostel boys and need to go to a nearby hotel ananthas . Better everyone shall opt for service from nearby heritage, alankar or city tower ... Don't choose this hotel ever

Stayed for 4 nights. Clean Beds. Decent Rooms. Excellent service. Shri Manikandan at the reception was always helpful. He even helped me get prompt medical assistance needed by me. All other staff also very friendly and prompt in attending to guest requirements.

Very clean and fairly large rooms. 1 room got upgraded to a Suite to accommodate 1 more family member. And the restaurant next door is exceptional for pure South Indian food. On request the management agreed for a late night checkin. Would love to come back and stay again.
