I had a fantastic experience at Jay Paradis! The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The staffs were very rude ..please don't choose this hotel very bad experience they don't know how to speak to the people who are staying there . They are not providing rooms free of cost we are paying money even for that they need to respect us .

Staffs are here very helpful..Good service and walkable distance(2km) from the OET center. Shops and other eateries are available near the hotel. Overall a preferable choice for OET candidates. Rooms have to be booked in advance , otherwise it won't be available

Poor hospitality with no room service. Staffs are rude and terrible.The room was not clean including the bathroom. They were provided used towels and the bed sheet was not changed, they remake the old bedsheet. The current was shutdown for couple of hours they don't have generator.. lost our time and money. The manager was sorry for the inconveniences didn't take any step to resolve the issue or reduce the price.. misbehaved to me. Such a horrible and worst experience I have ever had..

Ac not working most of the time at night..if we call reception, they say electricity problem.. early morning heater not work.. if we cal reception, they will say same thing that electricity issue..I have stayed this hotel two times, both times I face this issues...room not clean..second time when I stayed there, reception people activities not good...becoz I complain about Ac service and water heater.. my personal opinion if anybody want to stay this hotel, jus book Non Ac rooms. If you book Ac room, then u wil face same situation like me...
