Flagship New Cresent Park

Terrible Experience at This Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. Here are the main issues I encountered: 1. No elevator - There was no lift available, which made it very difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs. The staff did not offer any assistance in handling our bags other than following with eyes. 2.Lack of basic supplies - The room did not have basic amenities like water bottles or soap. We had to go to the reception to get these items ourselves. 3. Rude staff - The reception staff were very impolite. When our vehicle arrived, no one came to open the gate, even though we could see staff sitting on the stairs nearby. 4. Unclean room - The room was not properly cleaned. It had an unpleasant odor throughout. 5. Dirty towels - The bath towels provided were stained and unclean. 6. Dirty mirror - The mirror in the bathroom was covered in smudges and dirt. 7. Unclean toilets - The toilet was not properly cleaned and had stains. 8. Foul smell - There was a foul smell everywhere in the hotel premises. 9. Mosquito hub- this is intolerable Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The lack of basic amenities, rude staff, and unclean facilities made for a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I suggest looking for a better hotel that provides a more pleasant stay in the same location.

Nice room hygeine is kept .. some areas are bit rusty but no problem .. the area is isolated but the hotel is good

Good to stay room is good reasonable innclean atmosphere & near to airport and transportation and eatery are accessible after certain waling distance for 10mim and taxi available

Good decent room with optimum facility but away from main road but pollution free calm area

Have stayed there a night. Remotely located ..bad rod. If you go after 7 p.m...beware of stray dogs. Don't get down from your car till dogs disappear. No seure parking. You have to park on the side of the buiding. Worst amenities. Only one bath towel provied..very small wash room. Rusted flush button. No hot water. No dental kit....

At the Hotel New Cresent Park the stay is precise they maintain a friendly atmosphere. Hygienic and exceptionally clean room they have provided. Peaceful stay with a safe environment for everyone.

Had a opportunity to stay here.. Check in time was 12 pm,,, as i was to travel from Salem , informed there to reception i will reach there by evening only.. bcos in most of the reviews the only issue was " reached there lately but they didn't arrange proper rooms".. So, I called reception earlier and conveyed them i will reach late only, so asked them to note..When reached there late , they provided the room booked for... Incharge at reception Mr. Vincent was really genuine... I would give 5 star rating for service also.. But there is no lift facility and we had carry our luggage by our own only... Over all its located bit far from city sounds.. Had a good view fo Flight TAKE OFF AND TAKE ON..If everything is perfect from our side... Sure you can go for this place..

Atmosphere is so cool.rooms are so neat and clean.area is so silent.service nice . workers also friendly. Must visit with ur partner & enjoy. Cool
