ELEGANCE INN

We planned to take room via make my trip app. In the app they have different rate for hours booking but if we ask in person they say it takes 500 extra for 3 hours what a terrible and cheating hotel management

They charge Rs. 1800 for Non A/C rooms that's not at all worth to stay. I spent a day here just a week before. I feel regret to say that It was quite good place to stay once, but now the quality of welcoming the customers and providing them Good rooms with required amenities have decreased. 1. In all the rooms, there are 2 single cots connected together to claim double cot and all the spring in the mattress have become so weak that gifts the pain to the customers. 2. The regulator of Fan is not functioning so that If we want to reduce the speed of the fan, that becomes impossible. Either we should endure the cold that is produced by the Fan or get sweated if switch off the fan. 3. We should beg them for all the basic compliments that should be given by the hotel itself. We felt so irritated and embarrassed to the core. Once it was quite a heaven but now it's more worst than the Hell. I hope this would benefit the costumers in future.

I can not speak highly enough about how kind , helpful and courteous the staff at this hotel were to me. When I arrived late at night exhausted and feeling ill after a brutally long travel they went ordered and picked up food for me at excellent local restaurant ,the next day with great care they arranged for one of their personal drivers to take me to an Ayurvedic pharmacy so i could purchase some medicine.Through out my stay they went out of their way to be helpful to me .I have stayed in various hotels in various states in India and sincerely I have to say that the service I received at Elegance Inn was at the top of the list!

Good experience of stay here. The rooms and bedspreads, towels etc are neat and clean. We stayed here for 3 days and it was very comfortable and pleasant. I haven't taken photos, but one small blemish was one wall was a little dirty, made dirty by the guests who previously occupied the room. The floor boy tried to clean it, but was unsuccessful for which I can't blame management but the guests who also should take care of the property.

No room service, not clean and hygiene

Convenient location, not very expensive. Has all facilities. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Room Service was really good. Parking is small but ok, since it is in an apartment. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. No hot water. They give immersion heater on request.

One of best hotel to stay with friends and family. Cleaned rooms .. rooms are not new but we'll maintained. Staff is friendly and responsive.They had a beverage service for all softdrinks along with icecreams . They provide all required basic needs for freshup and all ..hotel is 1 km from hopes junction. I recommend this to everyone without any doubt .. keep up the good service..

Reviews posted are paid reviews don't believe it, it's not for family stay. You could see guys with towels wrapped around in corridors eve and morning, unhygienic bed spread, if asked the receptionist replies it's a old bed spread hope so, if you ask more questions the reply given is we do what owner says, and on booking online is not recommended for this property they don't put air condition for budget, they mention in in online but don't do it as their comments was due to budget issue we can't switch on as per owners request
