DEJA VU

The hotel had no amenities available, the rooms were okayish, washroom needed a major upgrade, damaged wall near AC, which was barely working. The pool wasn't available. Overall the hotel isn't maintained properly to call itself a 3 star hotel. The rent charged for this hotel is way above than the quality of room and service they provide. The only good thing is the location.

The location is good, it's near the main road. Hospitality is not that good, we had to ask the staff for all the basic stuff on our own every time. The hot water service was not there and other. But the staff were kind there. By looking at the picture uploaded, we expected the garden/side view will be there at the resort but it was nothing like that. The location is in the middle of the many easy access places in coimbatore.

service was little poor, no helper was there to pick up and drop the bags. Electric kettle is required with tea facility. otherwise it was a nice.

The place is in such shambles.... pls do not get cheated by the pics posted in net. Unclean room, bedsheers,pillows and the washroom was pathetic

Located right in the heart or the city and yet tucked away in a cozy little corner inside the TriStar apartments, Visited here for a family function. The hall was small and perfect for a gathering of 50+ people. Eating area was decorated with serial lights and looked amazing. There was ample place to sit and eat outside the hall and to enjoy with family. There was deep pool which didn't seem to be in use. Restrooms were neat an well maintained too. I'm not too sure of the price of the hall but on the whole as a guest it was a good experience.

The room is ok. No hot water, the wash basin does not work,. the bathroom taps are faulty. No night lamb. Only thing is its in city center & in prime place. Other than that it's not worth stay.

An average hotel in tri star apartment....its a apartment soceity and covai anganan next to this hotel...it could be a good hotel for a good price if they can maintain it and improve their service...they have lulu mall nearby and many restaurants in surround so maybe they dont serve any snacks and beverages!! i stayed for very low price!! but their actual price is bit costly for the amenities and service they have...
