Nice and cozy rooms. Location is very good. Easy accessibility to all facilities. No restaurant inside the hotel. But Swiggy allowed and there is annapurna hotel at walkable distance

Terrible Stay - Complete Waste of Money! This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Do not be fooled by any pictures or promises - this place is a disaster. There was no drinking water provided during the entire stay. The restrooms were extremely unhygienic, with foul smells and stains everywhere. Bedsheets and towels were stained and looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. The AC barely worked and was dripping water all over the floor, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make it worse, the TV didn't work, and even the room landline was dead. Bathroom doors wouldn't even close properly, and the pipes were damaged and leaking. The walls looked disgusting and were literally untouchable, with peeling paint and grime. Despite all this, they are charging an outrageous amount for a place that shouldn't even be open to guests. Avoid this hotel at all costs. You'll regret staying here.

Had a booking confirmed through booking.com, arrived to the property at 6.30am to be told they had no vacancies?? The front desk staff was completely unhelpful, repeating that they were fully booked, when I challenged him as to why they were advertising rooms when they were fully booked he shrugged and said to contact customer care. Nothing short of disgraceful, completely avoid at all costs

A pleasant place to stay. Staff are helpful and intent to help the guests in possible ways. I stayed at Room No 303.Room cleanliness and maintenance are more than what I expected. Will plan to reserve the rooms in Coastal Grand hotel if I visit coimbatore again.

Horrible experience 1st of all the cleaniness is very bad. I do not know how people can sit on the toilet seats which so much stains. I used the toilet seat with extra tissue papers for hygienic purposes. They say no hot water on evenings basis. The weather is so cold. They expecting us to bath in cold water. The location is near to shopping areas and good foodie areas. But the staffs are not proactive. Totally overpriced hotel and not recommending to anyone to stay here

Horrible experience!! Booked a room for 2 nights since it is close by my office. Booked it thru booking.com and it has been confirmed. on the day of check-in also, an customer service executive has called me and confirmed if I am checking in to the property and I said YES. After reaching the property that receptionist guy was rude at the same time he denied checking in because, they have cancelled all online bookings with no intimation and selling them to walk-ins at higher rates. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and it was a last minute to me to go to office. Neither this property guy or booking.com/OYO customer service could help me in finding an alternate stay. Looks like booking.com (or) OYO doesn't have any hold on these properties and they don't even bother to help/resolve the issue and highlight is they are calling me asking how was my stay in this property. These guys are greedy looters, since online price is low, they are cancelling and selling out to walk-ins. Guy in the reception was rude and has terrible hospitality skills. Never book or recommend.

There are cockroaches in the room. The service was very very bad the receptionist was very rude.ac was not workingg, the service is veryyy baddd!! They charged us veryyy much!! They charged us extra. Price is very very high!! Even this one star isn't good!! It is very poor.. they charged us 4000 for normal room with no ac and full cockroach in the room and very smellyy !! If u come to Coimbatore pls don't stay here.

The room 305 is clean and good.. Had a pleasant stay. Thanks to the management and staffs for providing us the pleasant stay.
