Capital O New Paradise Inn

In my life, this is the first negative review I am writing. Building is new but the rooms are untidy with foul odour. Unprofessional. Even after many reminders all my complaints remain unattended. The worst part is previous guests alcohol bottles are kept in the storing compartment besides a heap of empty liquor bottles. Bedspread and pillows are very worst. They should endeavour to address genuine concerns of the guests. Hell like experience at paradise. Sorry guys.

We had a really bad experience at this hotel. We booked a room online at a price of about 1000/room. Once we reached, the staff demanded that we pay extra over and above the price defined online. We were made to wait outside while we tried to contact customer care which was of no use at all. The staff were very rude and took advantage of our desperate situation to demand more money. We finally had no choice and gave in since we had already travelled for a long time. Once we checked in, we found the rooms were average at best. Drinking water and toiletries were not provided and the cleanliness was highly questionable. Definitely not going back there again.

This is the absolute worst experience I had, the manager of the property was drunk, denied check in ( even though I had already paid through OYO), asked for 1000 more (paid 900 through app) for a day, even though the rooms were substandard , they asked price of 2 star hotel. He hurled abuses at my family. Please do not ever go, if you want to keep your peace of mind.

Decent StayThe room we stayed was very clean with nice comfy bed and sturdy wardrobe. I liked the room interiors as they are of good quality materials. Bathroom is fitted with geyser and rightly sized. TV worked fine. Didnt need the AC for the weather. Front office manager was very accommodative as we requested for an extension of another day and he could make arrangements despite being a bisy weekend.There are no toiletries provided and water bottles were provided after we had asked. No dustbins inside the hotel itself and the reason given was to maintain hygiene within the rooms. Thats ironical though dustbins serve the very purpose of keeping the surroundings clean. Well there are dustbins just near the gate. Not much of room service options as there is hardly any staff available in the hotel except a lady. Wifi has no coverage inside the rooms so not much of use unless you are gonna need them.in corridors.

Very bad place to stay. Any decent family or person please don't step in there. Very dirty and filthy place

Denied to give room after booking in OYO app, demanded double money for allotment of room. If you cant give according to OYO app then please don't put your hotel name there. Wasted our time we travelled long way to reach only to get disappointed.

I got an offer from oyo app and i booked the room for 470 and also paid online but once i reached the room the hotel demanded for more money and they wanted me to cancel my booking and then pay them seperately and stay....i called oyo customer service but they weren't even helpful....i couldn't cancel my booking bcuz i wont get refund....the hotel is saying its not them who give that offer ...then why do we get such offers in this app.... better don't pls...it would be very helpful if u make sure this doesnt happen again

At the hotel they clearly told that the rates given b OYO is very less and they have told us to accept the revised pricing of Rs.1600 per night. We accepted and stayed there. We have paid an excess amount and to get the same, I waited in the reception for more than 20 minutes. They have a carefree attitude towards the customers. I got that excess money after a day. No any restaurants near this hotel
