Worst place to stay...I booked 8 rooms for all of my friends and no one stayed. We ended up with fights for cleanliness issue and stayed in different hotel.

The worst place to stay! Scamming in the name of a hotel. By far the most unhygienic room that I had misfortune of staying. The bedsheets had stains in them, the floor was dirty and worse if them all, the toilets were stinking, the floors were never cleaned and it smelled like piss in there. I asked for a room change only to get the same conditiooned toilet. I hope noone has the misfortune in staying at such a dirty place.

Worst room,it is tasmark bar not lodge,don't go to this lodge ,no water no clean next two tasmark bar all come to this lodge only for drinks, get money in advance and not returns back,cheating peron,don't go by goggle review please vista and books

The hotel staff were very humble and helpful The rooms were very clean and washrooms were maintained very tidy. I highly recommend avani residency to spend your holidays and quality time. Overall the experience of stay was amazing and excellent.

Very worst experience, After reaching the location we didn't like the hotel, advance was not refunded, Bar next to hotel not recommended for family.

I stayed with my Grandmother she told very carm place good sleep at night Hotel manager is taking care all things in fraction good place to stay with family

Wrost hotel i have ever seen Located between bar and tasmac please don't go the residency And they cheated the money also Wrost management and attitude please dont pay the money advance

I had stayed with friends I had very good service in this hotel I like to come here next time
