The property provided an outstanding setting for our team visit. From the seamless bookings handled by Mr. Yogesh to the impeccable management and coordination, everything ran smoothly. We were fortunate to have Mr. Satish and Mr. Vijay as our guides, who gave us a fantastic tour of the property. Their professionalism stood out as they introduced us to engaging activities such as rope walking, board games, and shooting challenges. Each experience was thoughtfully curated to keep us captivated. The river and swimming pool moments were truly extraordinary--an absolute delight that left everyone enchanted. The culinary offerings were equally impressive; the food was a feast for the senses, with each dish prepared to perfection. Even the high tea was beautifully arranged, adding a refined touch to the day's events. A small suggestion would be to consider adding more washroom facilities, as two seemed insufficient for a day outing. However, this minor point aside, the entire day was a joyfully spent experience. A major highlight was the impressive range of adventure activities, including thrilling ziplining and engaging rope courses, all conducted with excellent safety measures. The hospitality was exceptional. Latif at the front desk offered a warm welcome and efficient service, while Sathish, who guided the adventure activities, was enthusiastic, clear, and ensured everyone had a safe and enjoyable time. His passion was contagious! The accommodations were comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing retreat. While the dining options could be expanded, the overall ambiance of the resort was conducive to a positive experience. In short, IBEX River Resort is highly recommended for those seeking a picturesque escape with exciting adventure activities and outstanding service from staff like Latif and Sathish. It's a memorable destination to reconnect with nature and enjoy some thrills.

Stayed in 2 rooms only for 1 day. Rooms were good. The river stream aspect was good. Other than that food was not at all good, pool was not clean. Important part is the resort side has already accepted the deal of 5000 for extra 2 hours stay for 2 rooms. But they finally behaved very cheaply and got 10000 for 2 hrs extra stay. They claimed that its a half day payment but half day is only from 2pm to 5 pm since the check in time is 2 pm only. That is very illogical. Infact there was no problem or damage done by us during the stay to get that much amount. Different persons dealt with us other that the one who made a deal for 5000. They argued and finally successfully got amount from us. Not at all acceptable. Very cheap behaviour, full of attitude and money minded.

Had a super awesome time at the resort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We tried all the adventures at the resort. Madhan and Sathish were all the time assisting us. The food was also amazing. A must visit place with family n friends

We had a great stay at Ibex Riverside Resort. The property is peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect getaway. Facilities were very good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Lathif and Jayakumar for their warm hospitality. The staff overall were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

We came as a team of 15 members for a weekend trip to Ibex Resorts, Pollachi. Enjoyed Rope activities and had such fun.. Mr. Sathish has coordinated and supported very well for the same. Highly recommended.

Great experience in ibex, Pollachi. Nice environment, Both kids and adults can enjoy. Good sceneries with river view. We enjoyed river play and swimming pool. Services are good. Thanks to Sathish and Vijay for guiding us.
