Please be cautious if you are ever asked to make a payment directly to the property owner. It is always advisable to process payments through the official site for your protection. In our case, we booked a property at the last minute and initially made a payment through GPay, which was in processing status. The owner then requested that we pay via PhonePe, assuring us that the GPay amount would be refunded if successful. Unfortunately, he later refused to refund the initial amount. Additionally, we encountered several issues during our stay at the property, including frequent power cuts and malfunctioning air conditioning in both bedrooms. We also discovered lizards and cockroaches in both the kitchen and bedroom areas. I hope this information helps you avoid similar situations in the future.

Very neat property, easy accessible from the main road, the host Mr. Sridhar is really good, the property looks exactly as same as in the photos, definitely can reach out.
