Please check the room physically before booking. - Dirty Linen - Untidy Room + Washroom condition - Unavailability of basic necessities like towel, soap & dental kit against the paid amount. - Rooms drawers cupboards filled with Web. - AC Remote Dummy - Cables, Wire hanging in room just like how it use to be in the streets of Banaras years ago - Above is the condition of an AC Room on 1st floor - TV also dummy - No for drinking water bottles - Hotel Staff:- This is the new normal here. - Charges Rs. 2000 Shame on the management

Worst hotel but Oyo and their customer service is the most horrible because it is on the basis of Oyo name that I booked this hotel. Oyo cheated me of my money and just left me on my own without any support. Had to deal with the hotel on my own. Had to pay Oyo for confirmation charges and the hotel both. The hotel would not subtract the confirmation charges There are always bad hotels but I lost my precious hard earned money and was subject to mental torture at the hotel and Oyo service persons. This is what Ritesh Agarwal does - fleeces us of our money. And he is interviewed by so many people as if he is some messiah. Your brand is worth dirt, Ritesh. And I am being mild. Pathetic experience at every Oyo hotel and every Oyo service person. No redressal, robotic answers and not an iota of empathy. Being put on hold for 20 minutes at a stretch and that too 5 times. Being stranded at night twice at the hands of booked hotels and Oyo service persons even though being a woman. Oyo proposes but hotel disposes and guest is left in the lurch. And this angst of mine at such repeated horrible experiences will just get another AI generated response. The customer's impotent anger today will see your brand downfall, Ritesh Agarwal and Oyo. Don't be so complacent. You are not so great.
