Budget hotel, nearer to new bus stand (Salem) & approachable to shopping area. New property with clean toilet and new bed-sheets & towels - which is good (while it is a hygiene, many budget hotels don't maintain). Good parking area - we were able to park our Tempo Traveler comfortably. Room size is also quite good. Room tariff is also affordable. Overall it is a good stay and would recommend to all.

I had booked a room by calling them over phone. Whe I reached there with family at night 1:00 am, they told they have already given the room to someone else. This is ridiculous. I had a tough time searching for other hotel rooms at night. I will not recommend anyone to book rooms here. Such irresponsible idiots. They don't seem to understand my situation and difficulty. Worst customer service. Zero rating.

It is a very peaceful and decent hotel. The location is optimal for me, close proximity to Salem Science Park and bus stand. They have ample parking space, some even covered! If you are coming with your vehicle or on a bike - good choice. I recommend for group traveling also as the parking is very spacious and secure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to assist a traveller. Rooms have basic necessities, wifi and AC. I am not much of a tv watcher, but there is that too. The beds are SUPER COMFY, really, it's such a relief to come and sleep on the bed. Clean and neat environment as well as rooms. Not much of a design taste, but it does the job. Would recommend for solo travelers or groups on a budget. If you are looking for five star luxury - keep looking.

Location is good, Rooms are near and clean, spacious too... However no food / service available.. thats a minus.. Ample Car parking facility

While enquiry they asked for total count , we are about 20 members , so they suggested for 5 rooms, dirung check- in we are 24 so we booked one extra room. But while check out they are demanding for extra amount by stating that we are supposed to Stat only 3 members in a room. This is ridiculous and giving false commitment

I would say this is the best budget hotel you get for such economic price. Spacious neat and clean rooms. Bathrooms were also clean. ||||Even though located inside the colony, area is safe and just 500m from the central bus stand. They offer 24 hours check out facility, which very advantageous for travelers. Staffs are friendly.||||Recommended if you are looking for budget hotel for stay.

Very worst behavior I have ever seen in hotels. For extra charge of room, they are not giving Bill. No hot water. No proper service. When they booked they agreed for 2 hours extra and while check in they are asking to pay extra amount which is not quite fair. We have trusted them but they have behave just for money sake. For extra amount of 500 which is half day rent, they asked to leave after 1 hr. We have with family with kid but they behave so cruel. They are not allowing to speak with owner for speaking with owner.
