The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.

This is the worst hotel. There is no service, and the staff are unresponsive. Very poor service overall. The TV doesn't work--it's just for show. I requested multiple times to connect the set-top box, but no one responded. My suggestion: do not choose this hotel.

Good place to stay. We booked in bulk for a marriage which was in cumbum. It has different categories of rooms starting with non AC to vip suite. The prices are very reasonable.

Hotel management is money minded not service oriented.worthless.Rooms are not neat and clean. Food is not edible to eat.

To set a context, I have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions along with my family as my extended family lives nearby. I believe in rating this hotel for the location it is in and the value it presents to the visitor. I found the hotel, in particular the room given to me descent. When I asked for the linen to be changed, they promptly obliged, on all the occasions. The bathrooms are practical and clean. They have a covered car parking close to descent South Indian restaurants. Again, I am rating this based on all the factors I mentioned and not comparing it to other hotels where I would generally stay. one should not expect luxuary but surely can expect a descent and a clean stay. I will chose this hotel every time I am at the place.

It's a simple budget hotel. Room is big , AC was not that good,. Washroom was clean, but some water leak issue Service was ok Staff very friendly and helpful Lift was good Location is fine on the main road Power backup takes some 30 seconds.

Very pathetic and miserable service. Rude behaviour from staff members. They are charging like a 3 star hotel and facilities and services like normal lodges. Even TV not working in rooms. Not properly attending the queries and requests. They are not even ready to give printed /computer generated bills, only hand written bill provided even after specific request. Not recommended.
