Worst Behavior.. 28th April I booked one room single occupancy. Since i visited Chidambaram for official purpose. They ask me to pay advance amount 2000 rupees. I said I need bill i am going to swipe company credit card. They accepted and replied once your card payment done. we will refund the advance payment. But after check out every day i am calling to the reception asking for refund, No proper response from hotel management. Till Today my advance amount not refunded. The same situation will extend i will file police complaint..

Please do not book here and get cheated is the first advice to all. They took 4800 for a day with no proper service. Bathroom was very dirty. Corridor was dirty and dusty as the hotel is under renovation. Breakfast quality was poor and limited. There they say u sit n they will serve as they don't want us to take anything again though it is meant to be buffet. Towels were torn and unhygienic. Cupboards were dusty.

We called ahead and booked a room, but when we arrived, they made us wait for an hour. The reception was yelling at all the customers, so we left. Even the watchman advised us to go somewhere better because the rooms had a lot of issues.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just 100 meters from the temple. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and a significant portion of the parking area is occupied by construction materials, limiting available parking space. The rooms are basic, and the ongoing renovation work contributes to noticeable noise. Additionally, there was a water leak from the air conditioning unit, causing the room to become wet. Overall, the room is somewhat average. Not worth the price.

Rooms are comparatively better and cheaper. But even for single accommodation they demand for double accommodation tariff. Front desk lady needs to be more professional. Bathroom door was full of stains and had no handle in the door. Entire corridor had water leakage issues. Need a thorough maintenance.

Rooms are good and spacious. Complimentary breakfast is crap, Basically no food and less quantity and they say it is unlimited but depends on staff.

Rooms not that clean AC doesn't work, fan doesn't swing. Had to call reception for basic amenities. Definitely not a 3 star hotel if that's what you assume the services you would get

On 29 th December 2024 i attended a function in the ground floor seems to be elevated. poor maintenance. Rest rooms both men and women were with bad smell spreading all around. No maintenance.Parking area was unsafe. With heavy heart i left the place.worst experience. Management should take serious steps .
