Filthy bathroom. All it takes is a new toilet seat and good cleaning. Poor management. AC was leaking and there was a puddle of water by the morning. Soaked and ripped floor mat that is more than 10 yrs old.

Room cost is not upto the worth of room. room was clean but the paint is peeling from the wall of all rooms. Decent and clean but if u look around the walls of the room u will get some hesitation

We took mini suite room in which AC not at all getting chill and when try to switch on fan its fuse getting off no towels provided

I recently stayed at RK residency and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The rooms were absolutely filthy. The beds were unclean and had a terrible smell, making it impossible to get any rest. The curtains were stained and dirty, adding to the overall sense of neglect. The mattress looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the floor mats were filthy and full of dirt. To top it off, the room service was appallingly poor. It's clear that the management doesn't care about maintaining even basic cleanliness standards. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. This place is a health hazard and an embarrassment to the hospitality industry. Parking: no proper parking because the lodge located on road.

Very bad experience overall... never recommend to anyone

The rooms were not properly cleaned, the bedsheet was already used and was not washed. The room price was high but the room was below average. AC was working and TV was working, 24 hrs hot water was also provided.

We are stayed at chidabaram RK residency on 7.9.2024. Room ac is not working. Service persons are not answering properly. Toilet roof is leaking. Mosquitos are flying. Not satisfied with stayed. Costly for Ac room( not working ac room).

I had a bad experience with them, 1) I took a family room at 7pm, but till 11pm, The room service not provided the basic facilities like bed sheet, changing bed spreads, they are just forcing us to use the used old ones with out changing the old bed spreads. The room service is very lazy and worst 2) Uncleanliness of room, bad odour spreads inside the room, toilet floors are not cleaned 3) Behaviour of staff, especially the night shift receptionist person with the red and white patta at his forehead, his behaviour is kind of ignoring the customer and he is not taking any responsibility.very arrogant behaviour.. 4) They are charging 400 for extra bed but the provided beds are teared(seems the rat has bite the beds). Also, they are running bars at the ground floor. Overall, don't even think about this hotel for a stay..
