This budget hotel is conveniently located along the roadside, making it accessible for guests arriving by bus or train. The rooms are reasonably sized and maintained with moderate cleanliness. However, toiletries are not provided. The affordable pricing makes it an attractive option for visitors on a budget. While the service is satisfactory, please note that access to the first and second floors is by stairs. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for an economical stay.

Great value for money..paid Rs. 500 for a night on a solo bike trip. Convenient location- walking distance from Nataraja temple. Basic room with average washroom. Very helpful caretaker.

No stars to be given. The receptionist was very rude and did not provide what was requested for. Not clean. Full of mosquitos. Not even a bottle of water was given. Not worth the money paid for such room. He asked to leave if we don't want to stay there in the middle of night. They play with tourist people. I really don't recommend this place. Toilet no light, broken bucket and mugs given. Worst place. Horrible experience

Well maintained. The staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable. Parking for 2 wheeler is available on the premises post 9 pm and should be taken out by 8am.

Hospital is near by so I don't prefer this place only in case of nothing available u can take this little far from the South gate entrance in the East and West gate many rooms r available South gate very less

BED BUGS! Had to change the hotel in night without any refund. Shame on GoIbibo and Jawahar lodge they can't put customer satisfaction as paramount importance. The Lodge supervisor denied those are bed bugs! Moreover lodge is abouve a hospital it stinks, no parking place for cars. One of the worst experiences. Though i lost 2k, but changing of location that night was required!

I don't recommend anyone to book room in this lodge.... We booked 2 rooms and it had so many BED BUGS.... horrible rooms, highly unhygienic, moreover it is above hospital, bad smell, no ventilation, and we asked for refund but the lodge staff was arrogant he was like it is just just flies not bed bugs and that he will not refund.... we shifted to other hotel at 10pm... late night... we paid 1600 for 2 rooms from goibibo... we did not get a single rupee refund.

Located on the main road near Chidambaram bus stand ( around 500 Meters) only and around 1.4 KM from the railway station. I messaged them 2 weeks back to inquire about the rates and they responded to my messages within 30 minutes they also clarify my queries regarding the rooms and even the rates are cheaper compared to MakeMyTrip website. Anyone who wants to book the room, it's better directly called them or message them to book as it's 20% cheaper than the portals. I stayed on 26-27th Dec, the gentleman at the reception was responsive. Even they guided me where to go first. Room was decent for the price, rooms were need and tidy. Mattress and pillows as soft & comfortable as well. The bathroom was neat and clean with new tiles. As this is a budget friendly lodge they don't offer bath towel and soap( you can as them I am not sure as I didn't ask for soap as I had one with me , if not you can get from the medical store nearby). There is no geyser in the rooms but they do provide not water if needed which we have to pay Rs. 10 per bucket. 1 bucket is enough of 2 people. Only thing is there are few mosquito in the hotel but they do provide the mosquito repellent agarbatti with I didn't use. Temple & restaurants are at walkable distance form the hotel. I personally prefer to walk rather than taking auto ( they literally charge double) for such a short distance.
