It's a budget hotel close to the train station and a 5 minute walk from the bus station, so that's a positive. However the room needs a really good clean! The place was dirty, including walls, cupboard, lamp and bathroom, also the bed constantly felt damp. No hot water in the shower and the toilet did not flush properly, there was also no door handle on the inside of the bathroom. The window sill was filthy and the handle to open the window was also broken. I understand this was budget but you expect things to be cleaned. The lobby and stairs to the rooms were nice and clean, and had a large window with a small seating area, which was nice, and there is always a gent on reception to greet you. You are also provided with a towel which is handy, unfortunately we just had one between 2 of us, and it had a ripped hole in. Walking distance from the large temple and many restaurants, also it is quiet here at night which is good. I would stay here again providing the rooms would be a little cleaner.

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. This much bad experience I never had from any of the hotels. The Staffs attitudes was like we are staying there for free. The rooms are so untidy and the bed is small. The bathroom is very unclean and the heater looks like it will blast anytims. And it is not even working also. If we ask the staff about the same they wont repair it or they wont give any importance to our requirements. After check out one staff had asked me to give him some money and when i said I havnt got any facilities they why you are asking to give tip. Then he said if you would have given me tip from the check in time itself you may not have this bad experience. That means even after paying the money which they are charging for the rooms we have to please the employees as well to get good facilities or rooms. Such a bad experience. Never ever I will choose this hotel

I had stayed in the Hotel in Jan'15. Rooms:--> The smallest rooms that you can get, as soon as you enter the room, the room space gets over. The rooms have spider webs all around and seems like it has not been cleaned from ages. Bathroom:--> A municipality bathroom is better than their's. No Shower, no towels, no soaps, no shampoo... Absolutely nothing. The taps are so old that you will have to struggle to first turn it on and then closing the tap is another mission. Bed linen dirty... Staff:--> Their staff is probably one of the worst staff i have ever encountered. They have a 24 hour check out policy and before coming i had asked them if i can take up the room from 8pm to 8pm and the staff said absolutely they have no problem. After reaching their again i confirmed and they said it is fine.. But next day another person comes and says the person you spoke to is new so he doesn't know the rules...and they starting fighting for the money So guyz please avoid this place. They charge lot compared to other hotels around and pay absolutely no service.

There was only 1 small light in the room. The building looks good from outside but the rooms were not maintained well. The bathroom was stinking. No hot water. No wifi. The picture shown in Agoda app /online was taken years ago and it was not updated. And also the facilities were not given as stated online. We had breakfast but they didn't provide. So we got cheated!

Booked this hotel through Agoda and this is my first mistake!|Location:|Not so bad or any good||Staff:|It is a single man army - Same person is your Receptionist, Security guard, House Keeping guy, and what not..||Check-in process:|Check-in time was 12 Noon and we reached hotel by 12:05PM; initially he took 15mins to admit that there is a booking on my name and after that he asked about the payment mode - once I told him that its online payment which is already done he was pissed-off as he was expecting the payment to be made in cash;|After this he told us that the room will be ready in 5mins and vanished for about 2hrs and there's no once to call or talk to - he went upstairs himself to clean the room and bathroom using phenol.||Agoda Customer care:|meanwhile tried talking to Agoda customer care and they are least bothered of all these and his only answer is if you want I can cancel the room right away; when asked for assistance in finding another hotel, he suggests checking on Agoda website and book ourselves.| |Rooms:|Horrible place to get-in or stay for atleast a minute; room was reeking like hell with phenol and some dampness smell; Linen was horrible with lots of patches, when requested for a change he had an excuse that there aren't any washed Linen as the washer isn't working. Tons of dust everywhere and spider webs.||Bathroom:|I don't have words to describe the bathroom - worse than any free public toilet you can find on Indian roads|

Extremely bad experience. Fair warning: don't go. Rooms are stinky, dirty, dusty and buzzing with mosquitoes. If you still choose go then, don't switch on AC coz it smells rotten in the room after. Don't use fan coz the dust would fly up and probably your cousin would develop infection and cough all night like mine. Don't either use the toilet because it's ultra dirty. Don't complain to the manager coz there is no point as he would only sit as if he doesn't care. If you still want to go then bring your own water coz you won't get it from there. You may be lucky to get two fake kinley bottels for 30 rs each. Hope this helps for you not to choose this hotel to stay.

I am putting one star because there is no option for zero star. From the outside the hotel looks ok but the services are really bad. We took 4 rooms and 2 extra beds for the group of 10. All the rooms were very dusty and 3 of us got badly infected and were coughing through out the night. There were also mosquitoes in all rooms. For the 2 extra beds the we prepaid, the manager said there is no procedure to provide blanket ,bedsheets and pillow. We were informed about it only after 1.5hrs after check in. It was already 11.30 night. We met the manager and then he pulled off used bedsheet pillows and blankets from an adjacent room , that too also for one extra bed.For the other extra bed we kept on asking for bed sheet and blanket and they provided us with a soiled bed cover. Are they expecting us to use it as sleeping bags??? The Ac was stinking. It smells rotten. From the fotos that were in the net the washroom was ok but it was worse that public toilet. We had to use one toilet which was comparatively ok . The person at the reception was rude and indifferent and we approached him 4 times for bedsheets and drinking water he didn't care about it and blamed the room boy. When we told him that we can't pay for the extra bed that we couldn't use , he told that he wouldn't do anything, asked us to "adjust " and if we have any further complaints go and complain.I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible experience .

Not a good experience. Pros: - Near town centre. - Parking available Cons: - Had to change three rooms to find a working AC. We complained about the non working AC in our room, the manager said it will be fixed once we are back. On returning, he said it cannot be fixed and gave another room, but AC was not working in that room as well and then had to shift other room. All these at night 2 am with two sleeping kids and with all our luggage. - The breakfast was a joke. We were a family of two adults and two kids. The guy in the restaurant gave two plates of breakfast, we thought he is going back to get another 2 plates. But he never returned, when asked, i was told only two plates of food was available!!!, what a service, we were expecting atleast a response that they ran out of food, we were waiting with the kids - Horrible front office, the manager does not seem to understand what customer service is. He did not even apologise of the goof up in re rooms and in breakfast Totally, avoid at any cost. Not fair to be treated like this even after paying for the service and the rooms. Won't recomend.
