Zone by The Park Hotel, Chennai

This is the best hotel in the town. I didn't expected that it would be such a great in all aspects. It cleared all my doubts. You can stay very happily with the family, friends and even solo. The staff and maintenance is amazing. Especially the front office, restaurant and room service people are exceptional. We booked for one day but continued for 2 more days. It's an exceptional 4 star hotel that even gives you 5 experience.

It was a very pleasant stay at zone. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. It's all centralised air conditioned and worked well. In addition , fans can also be considered to be fitted to beat the May heat sometimes. The food in the restaurant was so good. The chef needs a golden ring. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Zone. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience pertaining to banquet booking. Purshotam was a charming personality and he well assisted us with all the requirements. What struck my eye the most was his eye for detail for every small thing, a through professional I must say! Keep the great work up and I would recommend to the management of Zone by Park the highest appreciation for him! |He is truly an asset for the organisation, best wishes!

Room's are pretty spacious but are not upto the standards of a 4 star hotel. No towels or ironing facility is provided in the room and one should call and ask reception to provide them. No bottled water was also provided. The mini bar contains a water bottle that has MRP of 40 but they charge 100 for a water bottle. Bathrooms are bit small and are smelly. Bed was good and comfortable. In my opinion, this hotel is not at all worth for the price they offer. 5K for a room is overpriced and is not worth more than 2-3K.

Great location, value for money, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast options, helpful and courteous staff. Few edibles at the room may be kept for free of cost. Handwash may also be made available in the restroom. Everything else is top notch.

This was a good hotel with great food. During my stay there were notices that renovation work was being carried out throughout the hotel and there was scaffolding outside.||My room was dated but clean and of a good size- there was some noise from the busy road outside. It had a comfortable bed with white cotton sheets and a good shower with plenty of hot water. The air conditioning was effective.||There was a pleasant rooftop terrace with bar service and a small swimming pool. The Bazar restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast and great food offered a la cart in the evening. The staff were attentive and helpful.||The position of this hotel was not good. It was on a very busy road.To get anywhere visitors would need to take motorised transport and most places of interest in Chennai are at least thirty minutes away and because of this I wouldn't choose to stay again.

Stayed here for a couple of nights to start an Intrepid Travel Tour,|A modern very clean hotel. Good rooms. Pleasant staff. Good Dinner and Breakfast in the restaurant. Nice Rooftop Bar and Pool.|Downside is it's 30 minutes outside the city centre but easy to arrange transport.

Me and my husband visited the hotel first time on 2022. We had such a wonderful time. We visited second time on New year 2025 and this time we had disappointment. The floor wasn't clean. It was sticky and untidy. Also we had a problem in our room door. Though we informed twice about it, no one came to help us. And I called them again for 3rd time and shouted then only they came and looked at the door. But overall the stay was good but with few disappointments... When it comes to Buffet breakfast, this is the best. We have stayed in many hotels around south India. But I assure this has the best breakfast and hospitality.
