Zingle Stay Airport Hotel

We visited this hotel 15 days before our stay, personally checked the rooms, and booked one after paying half the amount. However, on the day of check-in March 9,2025.. we were given different room options instead of the one we had selected, which was quite frustrating. The breakfast we ordered was not good, and when we requested hot water, it was never served--even after we had finished eating--which was disappointing. We had to settle for normal water in the end. The room itself was clean but lacked ventilation. For an AC room, this was acceptable. However, the overall service and customer handling were below expectations. Car parking is very limited. If you are looking for a place near airport, clean room and don't mind poor service, this hotel might still be an option. Otherwise, you may want to explore better alternatives. Thank you.

Staff members were fine, no issues with them. It's close to the airport. However, the rooms are not clean at all. They really need to mop the floors(hairs and dead bugs), clean the blankets property and replace the pillow with holes..... thats really disgusting :( The hotel price is low but I wouldn't stay again looking at the hygiene and pay rather more to sleep in a cleaner hotel.

I had an amazing time during my stay at Zingle Stay. The experience was incredibly enjoyable, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the facilities were top-notch, making it the perfect getaway. I'll definitely be looking forward to returning in the future!

The only plus point of this establishment is the proximity to the airport. The rooms are very small, and far from clean. If you expect natural light from the windows, forget it. Regarding the staff, besides the room boys who try their best to be helpful the reception staff is rude and being helpful and cordial is the least of their concern. If you don't think hospitality and politness is needed at the reception than my advice is to find an other job. Single stay... Away !

The stay is decent. The staff are very helpful. It's conveniently located near the airport. My only quib is that there is no lift and the ventilation inside the building can get better.

Nice stay, helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms with good WiFi. Taxi service good 24 hour desk. Great for airport stay one night. Taxi driver Anthony Nice and perfectly on time.

I stayed in room number 105 and the room was very neet and clean. Room service also good. I booked early check-in and allowed me to check-in at 06.00 hrs and complementary breakfast and free airport drop. The cab driver Mr Antony picked me up to the airport right away after checkout, he was very polite and kind.

The hotel is not at all a business or family hotel. The pictures are not at all matched with the exact room. The rooms are small and cramped for space. Even, there is no table in my room which was allocated. Full of ants and insects in the bathroom. Even the insects are coming in the room. Very pathetic experience.
