A great and safe place to stay. The food feels just like homemade meals. Conveniently located near the railway station, making travel easy. The staff is very helpful, and laundry facilities are available. Breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner can be ordered three hours in advance. The meals are served in a buffet system, but there's also an option to order from a separate menu. The stay includes toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. The room is equipped with a kettle, water bottle, and tea/coffee powder for added convenience. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Located near metro station, a very safe place for women to stay. Service is good. Food is also very homely and tasty. Rooms are clean and well maintained. We had a great stay here

The breakfast is very good, and the aircon and shower worked. And the grounds are spacious and back from the road. But the service is poor, almost nonexistent. Had to work quite hard for every teabag, bottle of water, toilet paper roll, room servicing etc. The staff are mostly quite happy to take your money and make very little effort to be friendly or helpful. An inexplicably busy and overpriced place!

Short stay of 1 day in the family room which was spacious and clean. The bathroom door needs a better lock. Had lunch, dinner, coffee, and breakfast. Decent food. Quiet staff. We didn't have too much demands. We needed a rejuvenating and quiet stay, which we got, thank God. Met friends at a church event on campus and did a quick purchase at ELS book store. Great location.

Enjoyed staying here. Faded grandure set in nice gardens. Rooms need tlc but beds very comfortable. Meals good- especially breakfast. Central Location near Egmore railway station but surprisingly quiet.

YWCA Chennai is a wonderful organization that provides a safe and supportive environment for women and girls. The staff are warm, friendly, and dedicated to their work. The hostel facilities are clean, comfortable, and affordable. Highly recommend YWCA Chennai for accommodation, community programs, and social services i suggest families to take this facility

Using the name & legacy of an iconic Christian brand but unethical practices Front desk Staff & management are dishonest as well as temperamental and capricious. if you ask for a basic service such as cleaning or laundry and they do not follow through they become aggressive rather than apologise and follow up. Would not recommend. Rooms, bathroom and dining room dirty and unhygienic. The place and staff are depressing. Seems like an adult day care with front desk regularly throwing tantrums rather than providing a professional hospitality service and safe accommodations.
