Woodlands Inn

We stayed at Woodlands Inn for 3 nights in the deluxe triple bed room. The hotel was undergoing a major renovation and had upgraded superbly. Very conveniently located across Chepauk stadium on a hustling bustling street, the rooms are moderately spacious with decent sized spic and span bathrooms. The air conditioning works perfectly! All the staff were very cordial and polite and helped accommodate all our requests. Although the hotel does not have a in-house restaurant, it does allow food order-ins. Also, the staff will fetch you tea and collect any parcels on your behalf. You also have all sorts of food options right beside and across the street with conveniently located drugstores, grocers and photocopy shops/atms. Autos are very readily available right in front of the hotel. 5/5 stars for the service and friendliness of the staff and the location. The best place to stay if you're in town for the IPL matches. My only feedback for the hotel will be to improve on their housekeeping services.

Stayed at woodlands inn close to Chepauk stadium and very good veg and Non veg restaurants close by. It looks like newly renovated luxury hotel at budget price. Room may compact by comfortable and budget value hotel for a family. Most of the hotels in triplicane don't have parking but they arrange parking on additional charges near by, they also setting the parking opposite side. Mr siddiq and Mr Manigandan helped me in all required aspects.

Good option for single traveller, located very near to Chepauk stadium. Good food option available. Travelled as single traveller can't comment for family trip, though it's well maintained and staff are courteous. If you are planning for one day trip it's a good option for decent amount. As beach, Parthasarathi temple etc are very near

Simple, neat and clean. Stayed 6 nights. Although small and medium rooms but well managed. They have very good staff as well. Recommended for individual and small family stay.

I stayed here as is it very near to chennai stadium staff are good even at night 12 we can have a nice hot water bath good clean rooms and hotel is surrounded with so many restaurant options so I suggest tourists can have a safe and comfortable stay.

We are a family from arani, travelled to Chennai for a wedding and purchase. So planned to stay near marina beach. The have two standards of Rooms, which I choose is luxury category in the ground floor for my family. Room is near and clean. Bathroom is hygiene and clean. Friendly staff and service was pefect.

I stayed here with my wife and kid for 1 day. Upon arrival we realised there is no car parking. Not a inch for car parking. We had to pay 15 rupees and use pay and park in an empty site in the next road. I left my wife and kid at the lobby with the luggage. When I came back, I realized that the hotel staff had no curtosey to help me wife with carrying the luggage to the room. Once we shifted the luggage we found that the room was absolutely ridiculous with no space to breathe. Only 1 person can stay max. You literally can't walk or keep your luggage in the room. Cleanliness wise the room and washroom was good. The bucket in the washroom was missing so I went and requested for bucket. We went out for lunch and came back after an hour only to realise the bucket was still not given and I had to request again. Thankfully we stayed there just 1 day. The hotel room is clean apart from that it's a dead 0
