Our recent stay at Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property itself is elegant, well-maintained, and offers a peaceful ambience perfect for both business and leisure travelers. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the staff. We would like to especially commend Ms. Roshni at the front desk, whose warm welcome, professionalism, and efficiency made check-in seamless and pleasant. She was always approachable and went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met with a smile. Equally commendable was Ms. Lakshmi from the housekeeping team, who maintained our room with impeccable care and attention to detail. Her dedication and thoughtful touches added a personal feel to our stay and contributed significantly to our comfort. Overall, we felt genuinely cared for and appreciated. We highly recommend Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway to anyone looking for quality hospitality and look forward to returning in the future.

The Hospitality shown at the hotel was the key highlight of the stay. I specifically want to mention couple of Staffs, SURAJ (floor supervisor) and MANAV (front desk manager). They were I creditable and customer centric. They went above and beyond to make our experience great. Thank you and it was an amazing stay. Only negative review is there were painting renovation work that was carried out near the lobby and it was creating a lot of discomfort for us due to pungent smell. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay

Room is clean and spacious,housekeeping kept ready everyday. ||No water bottles . Glass jar was clean. ||Buffet menu is affordable. Food quality standards. ||Staff behaviour especially Anandhu actually make difference his friendly behaviour and smiling face.

The checkin was very smooth, i booked it through MMT. All the employees were courteous and supportive. The hotel was close to the clinic I had to visit. The rooms were big, clean and perfectly lit. Food was varied and tasty. I have loved my stay at this place and look forward to visiting again. They even accommodated us near lift so my mom could easily walk to it. The hotel has all the facilities as mentioned. Its located in prime IT area.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Amenities and Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vivanta, and it exceeded all my expectations. The swimming pool was pristine and inviting, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. What truly stood out was the staff's exceptional service--they were consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to assist with any needs. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay truly memorable.

Very spacious conference hall, great hospitality and great staff. Will definitely recommend and definitely won't miss an opportunity to go back. Hotel is located in close proximity to beach as well. A good evening walk with a warm tea Will make the day.

The stay was comfortable, the staff was really polite, specially Sneha in the restaurant. She was really approachable and proactive and offered us wonderful service. The food was decent. There was no hassle throughout the stay. Would recommend it to my friends and family.
