Vijay Park, Madhavaram

Booked for my sister's reception. We had around 100 guests more than minimum guarantee. The team managed very well. For conducting event under a budget, this place is a great choice. Biriyani was very good. Would highly recommend!!

There are so many small new hotels around Rs.1800/day giving excellent experience. This Vijay Park having big building but rooms are crap. No good entertainment, I'm not sure about WiFi. No proper hot water in shower even after following their instructions. Broken sharp metals in toilet (health & safety issue). Very old sofa, single seater. No exhaust fan and no AC duct functioning in toilet, nasty experience. No entertainment as TV not working properly and no smart TV. Toilet doors not cleaner. Nasty lunch and dinner from restaurant. Maybe buffet breakfast is okay.

Waste of 3800rs, total waste.No hospitality no courtesy nothing! They act like as if we are staying for free, and dont meet up to the hotel standards. The shower head came plummeting down when i was taking a bath to my foot, and the jet spray looks like it was there in british era, speaking of which the appearance of the hotel looks like its 5 star, but im telling you i think they spent all money in outside. Even the breakfast buffet also was really bad. Couldnt drink the chai and grape juice because we would get diabetes, bread looks like it came from mughal period and the idli was ok ok. Overall, do not come here and instead ho to ibis or some other reputable hotel, and somewhere in main chennai as i shouldve taken plane from here to marina beach!

This has to be one of the worst stay. It say they are 3 star property. I don't think that is true. Checking in takes for ever since you have to give them all the id proof, even when you are with your family. On reaching our room we discovered that the bed was dirty, phones were not working (even after requesting them to fix it, no use). The taps and commode was broken. They water was completely salty, no dental kit, no soap kit. Water bottles were the worst drinking which my whole family got sick. Would never recommend this place.

This may have been a better before, but now it's way worse. There were complaints of the food being burnt and servers being rude. The state of the room are not up to standard. The hotel sign does not light up in the evening and night making it difficult to spot it without the Google Maps.

Last month, I organized a wedding reception for one of my relatives. Initially, I was a bit worried due to some negative reviews, but the manager was incredibly helpful and assisted us in managing the reception smoothly. The food was delicious and well-prepared. The catering, priced at Rs. 750 per plate, included: Main Course: Naan, Butter Masala, Veg Pulav, Dal, Rice, Rasam, Curd Vadai, and Pasta with Vegetable Salads. Dessert: Ice Cream with Gulab Jamun. Thanks to the manager's support and the quality of the service, the event went well, and our guests were happy with both the food and overall experience.

Good hospitality by staff. All of them are very courteous. Complimentary breakfast was very delicious. They have provided us mineral water and soap,tooth paste and brush. I would highly recommend to visit here with your family and friends.

Poor experience ever! Worst customer service, they simply don't know how to talk to customer and handle them in gendle. There are so many hotels has better customer service at lower cost compare to this. Completely not recommendable!
