Vestin Park Hotel

This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had abroad. They claim to be a 3-star hotel, but I wouldn't even rate it 1 star. The rooms and facilities look nothing like the pictures on their website--unless those photos were taken over a decade ago. Their 3-star rating is completely misleading and should be revoked. The worst part of my stay was being woken up by the sound of heavy machinery at 6:30 AM. When I called reception to complain, the staff responded with a smirk and a condescending, "I'll ask them to stop." No apology, no urgency--just pure incompetence. Speaking of incompetence, the reception staff were beyond unprofessional. They held my passport for nearly 20 minutes during check-in to make photocopies, only to send someone to my room later that evening demanding it again. That staff member was incredibly rude and persistent, to the point where I had to shut the door on him. When I complained at reception, they didn't even bother to apologise. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone--unless you're actively looking for one of the worst hotel experiences of your life.

On March 17 and 18, we organized an official meeting at 'Palki' Hall, located within Vestin Park. The event was a tremendous success, receiving high praise from both the participants and the chief guest. Exceptional experience we had, from the initial planning stages to the final settlement. I personally visited to secure the hall booking and was met with a warm welcome from the team, who promptly showed me the available facilities. On the day of the event, everything ran smoothly. The meeting began promptly at 10 AM, with pens and paper ready for all participants. As the guests arrived, the staff carefully adjusted the seating arrangements well ahead to accommodate the number of attendees. The food service was flawless. Every dish, from starters to main courses, was of excellent quality. Overall, the event was made memorable largely due to the outstanding ambiance and cuisine provided by the hotel. I would like to extend my personal gratitude to Ms Lakshmi , Mr Manikandan, Mr Satham Usen and the entire team for their exceptional support and service. Thank you all once again for your outstanding efforts.

We wish to highlight the outstanding experience we encountered, from the initial stages of planning to the final settlement of the bill. I personally made four visits to secure the hall booking, each time encountering a warm welcome from the team who readily demonstrated the facilities without reservation. Every customer, regardless of whether they ultimately booked the venue, was treated with respect. The function day itself was flawlessly executed. Work commenced promptly at 8 AM, with decorations completed punctually. As guests began arriving, refreshing welcome drinks were immediately served. Staff meticulously adjusted seating arrangements to accommodate the number of attendees. The food service was impeccable. Each dish, from starters to main courses, was of superior quality. Particularly commendable was the tenderness of the meat dishes, making them enjoyable even for young children. Chicken 65 was notably well-prepared - crispy yet free of excess oil, with the spices perfectly balanced. The standout dishes, however, were the prawn masala and kala jamoon. Both received glowing reviews from our guests, who appreciated their exquisite taste. Notably, no guest went unserved; all dishes were available until the last person had their fill, and refills were efficiently managed, ensuring no one waited for food. In conclusion, the function became a memorable event, largely due to the exceptional ambiance and cuisine provided by the hotel. I extend my personal gratitude to Lakshmi Mam, Chef Sir, Mani Sir, and the entire crew for their outstanding support and service. The team serving the food did an equally commendable job. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they truly made me feel at home. Every request was met with a smile, and they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The experience was really good...the staff caring was awesome...they will treat all guests equally...the rooms also neat and clean...you can make your stay there...

Place is amazing... Just 2 things 1)Please add hanger in washroom for clothes. 2)Please change the fragrance of rooms and lobby... something mild

The Hotel rooms were comfortable and Beautiful.We were school students who came here for a Competetion.We were extremely satisfied with the service.The house keeping department did a fantastic job,The food buffet was Very tasty and Super Nice,With a lot of Varieties each having unique taste.We stay Here for 3 days

Me and my husband traveled all the way from Bangalore to Chennai as my husband had a meeting.. as we entered inside we gave our id proofs and they asked our marriage certificate as we don't have a soft copy we showed our marriage pics .. still they didn't allow us to get in and said they'll not allow other state residents or will not take id proofs of other states. So ,finally we showed our wedding invitation card . I understand the protocols but the way they behaved .. they asked us to leave and get refund.. very disappointing and dissatisfying and very rude.. they are just giving a silent treatment so that we'll leave.. very very bad .. totally not recommended. Not worth the price for this rooms and will never come again
