Veda Villa

Veda Villa was a lovely place for our family trip! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it really offered great value for money. It's a bit far from the city, so it's nice and quiet, but the lack of a nearby restaurant was definitely a drawback. We were able to cook our own meals, but online food delivery was our go-to option. Despite that, we had a relaxing, affordable stay and would recommend it for families seeking a peaceful retreat.

What I liked: 1. Responsive and helpful host 2. Location is fairly close by to shops 3. Homely atmosphere for groups 4. Kitchen is well equipped What can be better: 1. The house requires some cleaning/upgrades as there's quite a bit dust and rust in various spots. 2. The strong foul smell from the drain in front of the house. 3. We had to keep all windows and doors closed to prevent mosquitoes - so there is not much natural light in most rooms.

It was an great 3 days of stay that we spent in Chennai. Even with the location being in the city, the actual place was very calm. The actual house itself felt like we had never left ours and were on a trip here. The owner's family live in the neighbouring house and are amazing people. After our departure, we were called informing that a shirt had been left behind. Kavitha called us and shipped it to our address which was a really nice thing to do. Thanks again for making our trip to Chennai feel like staying at a home away from home

We had wonderful stay at Vedavilla home stay in pondicherry. Group of our family members enjoyed as like our home. We all are gathered in the hall and chatting, beautiful kitchen with enough cooking utensils there, R.O drinking machine also there, so we did not buy water out side. More then 13 members can stay, very much spaces in the villa with really reasonable cost. Very special THANKS to Mr.Vijay, he helped lot with his sweet way, when ever our family or friends coming to Pondy, this is place for us...... Very peaceful and enjoyable place.....

Very good place. We booked entire Villa and the amenities were as described. The location is little off main Chennai area - but rather accessible to Velachery area. The arrangement was good and was a clean place to stay. Highly recommended. Booked through AirBNB and the price was value for money.

Gud place for peacefull rest , no traffic sounds and polluted air .close to velacherry bustand. Very reasonable tariff for rooms .

Nice place to stay. We have stayed here on New year night. Night view from the terrace is awesome.
